The red algal genera Grateloupia C.Agardh currently is the one of the largest genus in the Halymeniaceae. It is the most obvious change in membrane morphology subjects in the Halymeniaceae. It is also the most difficult to distinguish between species and species in the genus. The red algal genera Grateloupia is a worldwide genus of temperate red algae, is widely distributed in coastal areas around the world, reported a total of about 80 species throughout the world, the Chinese centipede genus 32 species were reported. The research will employ some means and methods such as molecular systematics and comparative genomics to investigate the classification of the genera, including the use of marker rbcL to build molecular systematic tree, to do a systematic analysis on genetic relationship and genetic diversity of each species in each genus distributed in China,After the experimental studies we have found four new species in the red algal genera Grateloupia, which were collected from Hainan numbered HN20092009(Grateloupia wenchangensis Wang et Luan sp.nov), HN20092045 (HN20092052) (Grateloupia yinggehaiensis Wang et Luan sp.nov.), HN20092088 (HN20092087()Grateloupia nanhaiensis Wang et Luan sp.nov) and collected from Qingdao QD20090049 (QD20090047)(Grateloupia huanghaiensis Wang et Luan sp.nov). In this article, we were have detailed comparis and described their morphology characters , types of the reproductive organs and rbcL gene sequences in phylogenetic trees etc...
