This study attempts to use remote sensing as a means of access spatial data and ecological data for planning industrial park, using GIS as a means of analysis technology. Combined with the economics of industrial park planning, management, system principles, and taken the industrial park in Guangxi Autonomous planning as an example, this thesis research and discussed the process of using GIS and remote sensing technology in the planning of industrial park.In summary, the contents of this thesis include: (1) review the research literature at home and abroad, through the analysis of domestic and foreign research results reviewed, to find ways of remote sensing and GIS in the industrial park planning; (2) Industrial Park Location and analysis of industry introduces domestic and foreign industrial park industrial location theory, principles, combined with the study area, discusses how to use remote sensing technology and application of GIS tools for analysis of data obtained by means of quantitative description of the results as an industrial park industry selection orientation purposes. (3) the use of high-resolution remote sensing data extraction the elements involved in spatial layout of Industrial Park.With the actual industrial park planning projects - Hepu Industrial Park Phase II planning practice, this study firstly obtained land use, climate, weather and topography and other data in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, by means of remote sensing. Then, we took them as a field reconnaissance to understand the regional macro-geographical background of the means in the Industrial Park planning process. Secondly, the use of GIS software is designed to Hepu Industrial Park Phase II planning must be carried out field reconnaissance of the road map for the field design and data management; third, the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone through remote sensing interpretation of the existing industrial park, at the same time and various non-spatial attributes of industrial parks to connect, the icon of the analysis through space Hepu Industrial Park Phase II Industrial location and selection optimization. The fourth: Using high-resolution remote sensing image data interpretation, access to local land use planning, space layout extraction of the elements involved in the park type, planning the layout of the park's space planning.Through empirical research, this paper summarizes the remote sensing and GIS in the Industrial Park Planning,â‘ the resolution remote sensing images can be applied to regional scale based on the geographical background data, background data for land use and distribution of industrial park access and management of the interpretation , mapping;â‘¡Industrial Park, through GIS, mapping related elements of the space industry can be used for industrial park location and selection optimization;â‘¢high-resolution remote sensing data and GIS spatial analysis can be industrial park space layout design and optimization.
