Land Use Changes And Their Ecological Effects Based On RS And GIS

Rational utilization of land resources influences economic and social development and national survival of country and foundation.With the rapid development of social economy in the use of land, human utilize the land to develop economic and create material wealth, and meanwhile, also generates huge pressure on the ecological environment. In this situation, revealing the contact and interaction among them those are the process of land use, landscape patterns and the value of ecological service , clarifying the evolution mechanism of the regional land use pattern , and assessing the eco-environment effect of land use,provide scientific bases for land use under the condition of ecological safety ,also have important realistic significance for regional comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable developments and have became a hot spot in the academic circle . As the important ecological barriers of capital-Beijing and the northern in China, there are still delicate eco-environment, heavy population pressures and severe land degradation in northwest Hebei province mountain basin areas. Based on RS, GIS technology platform, in the case of Huailai County located in northwest Hebei province mountain basin areas , by using remote sensing images of 1995,2000 and 2008 to acquire land-use information ,building models, combination of statistical methods and application landscape pattern index, the paper comprehensively analyses district land use change of process and rule, reveals its humanistic changes of land use of driving force, and reference ecosystem service research theory and method to analyze the ecological effect change study area. Main draw the following conclusions:(1)During the Period of 1995- 2008,noticeable changes in land use change occurred in Huailai County, the changes of six types of land belong to very Slow type,land use is at the development stage,the land use degree is at middle level. Wood land ,garden land and rural-urban construction land increase by a wide margin,farmland watershed and unused land. The roll out of farmland is largest,the main direction of roll out is garden land and rural-urban construction land. The relative distance of human develop and use activities increased from 11.02km year of 1995 and 2000 to 12.13km year of 2008.It showed that human develop and use activities was expanding,township unit of social and economic development pattern was gradually be broken. (2)During the period of 1995-2008,human activities on the landscape pattern changes influence was on the rise,Landscape naturalness in abate,The methods of land use towards diversification and anisotropy direction. The heterogeneity and diversity of landscape were increased,advantage degree had the declined trend,Landscape shape of patch tended to complicate. During the Period of 2000-2008,Regional chunk of the landscape pattern had increasing trend,mainly for the increase of Wood land area.(3)Combined with correlation analysis and principal component analysis,human driving force statistical analysis of land use change shows that human driving forces can be divided into three main aspects: economic population and policy. The main factors of Economic aspects included:GDP,Per capita GDP,The second industry production scale,proportion of livestock breeding in farming,forestry,husbandry and fishing;population aspects included:Total population,Non-agricultural population,agricultural population, The non-agricultural population proportion, policy aspects included:Fixed asset investment, when afforested area.(4)Based ecosystem servies value Theory and method Ecological effect research shows:During the Period of 1995-2008,land use change improved the ecological benefits of land use, and presented a significant spatial diversity. The land use ecological system of total service value increased 6.7656 million yuan, partial function gas regulation, hydrological self-restraint and keeps the soil and provide aesthetic landscape function were dropped 57.4462 million yuan. Through the predict ion ecological service in 2016 than first total in 2008 0.8167 million yuan, ecological environment increased not worse, but should attach importance to the construction land occupation of farmland land, garden land and wood land, and to keep water area.
