| With the vigorous development of new generation digital technologies such as 5G,big data,artificial intelligence,and blockchain,traditional linear supply chains have shifted towards digital supply chains,triggering changes in traditional supply chain structure,organizational models,and personalization.Digital technology can effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprise supply chains and promote supply chain transformation and upgrading.Digitalization has become an industry consensus as the future development trend in the field of supply chain management.However,currently,most traditional industry enterprises in China are in the early stage of digitization.The Digital transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry need the active cooperation of supply chain node enterprises.The practice of deep integration of digitalization and industrial chain supply chain urgently requires the support of relevant theoretical research.Based on this,this article studies the transformation of manufacturers from mass production to customized production in stable and dynamic environments,and the evolution analysis of retailers from offline sales to online sales;In a dynamic environment,considering government subsidies,the evolution analysis of manufacturers’ transformation from mass production to customized production,and retailers’ transformation from a single offline sales channel to online and offline integration.The main research work of the paper is as follows:(1)The management characteristics of Digital transformation of supply chain are introduced in detail,including the different stages of Digital transformation of supply chain in China,and the main characteristics of Digital transformation of Chinese enterprises.In addition,the main participants in the game of Digital transformation of supply chain are analyzed,and the bounded rationality behavior of enterprises and upstream and downstream customers is analyzed.This paper analyzes the scientific problems of supply chain Digital transformation,and analyzes the scientific problems of supply chain Digital transformation from three aspects:repeated game analysis of e-commerce platform supply chain Digital transformation in a stable environment,analysis of e-commerce platform supply chain transformation evolution path in a dynamic environment,and controlled evolution game analysis of supply chain Digital transformation considering government subsidies.Finally,the applicability of repeated game in stable environment and evolutionary game in dynamic environment to the research of Digital transformation of supply chain is proposed.(2)In a stable environment,the cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain of personalized customized products faces cooperation difficulties.The e-commerce B2B platform provides an effective governance model for this problem,but there are also self governance issues such as platform enterprises demanding commercial bribery.In a stable market environment,both upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain achieve cooperation through long-term cyclical interactions.This article constructs a repeated game model for upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain in a stable environment,analyzes the supply chain cooperation dilemma of customized products in a stable environment,as well as their own incentive issues.The research results indicate that,firstly,information retrieval services on e-commerce platforms can effectively avoid cooperation difficulties and achieve Pareto optimal upstream and downstream cooperation in the supply chain.Secondly,in order to strengthen the self governance of e-commerce platforms,it is necessary to adopt a "fee based on performance" system,improve user feedback information records,especially strengthen industry self-discipline,and improve the social credibility and market reputation of ecommerce platforms.(3)In a dynamic environment,the development of internet technology has promoted the customized production and online sales transformation of traditional supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises,resulting in changes in the supply and demand structure of the supply chain.This paper analyzes the spontaneous evolution process of the enterprise transformation of the upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain manufacturers and retailers,and constructs an evolutionary game model.It demonstrates the path,equilibrium conditions and key influencing factors of the Digital transformation of the supply chain.The research results show that the two decisive factors for the different evolution paths of traditional supply chain Digital transformation are:the transformation cost of customized production of manufacturers and the online revenue of retailers after transformation.When the transformation cost of manufacturers is low,customization transformation will be carried out.Conversely,adhering to mass production shows that transformation cost has become an important factor limiting the transformation of traditional manufacturing industry.Retailers always need to make transformation decisions by balancing the gains and losses of online sales of customized products or batch products.When the cost of transformation is within a certain range,increasing the online revenue of retailers is beneficial for the transition of supply chain structure from traditional to new.However,there may be dual equilibria and periodic solutions,indicating the existence of imbalanced development and chaotic transformation in the process of supply chain structure transformation.By increasing the revenue of online sales or reducing online discounts Measures such as controlling product premiums can effectively promote the transformation of upstream and downstream enterprises to form a new supply chain structure of customized production and online sales.The government can effectively promote the evolution of the new supply chain structure into an equilibrium by providing appropriate subsidies and other means to change the depreciation coefficient of online sales prices and the premium coefficient of customized products.(4)In the dynamic market environment,the government’s formulation of differentiated subsidy policies to promote the Digital transformation of the production mode of upstream enterprises and the sales channels of downstream enterprises in the traditional supply chain is a hot issue facing China’s current industrial upgrading.This paper establishes a controlled evolution game model of the two-stage supply chain of manufacturers and retailers under government subsidies,and discusses the controlled evolution path of the supply chain enterprises’ Digital transformation,the government’s choice of differentiated subsidies according to the development stage and enterprise conditions,and how to avoid the problem of "fraud".The research shows that in the initial stage of transformation,only when the intensity of government subsidies is higher than a certain threshold can upstream and downstream enterprises carry out Digital transformation at the same time;otherwise,when the transformation benefits or costs are dominant,the enterprise will start to transform first;When there is no dominance,there will be a dual equilibrium transition stage where traditional and digital structures coexist.When the subsidy level is moderate,it is better to choose cost subsidies when the actual utilization rate is high.At this time,it can also promote transformation by reducing the differences in enterprise transformation.As the difference between the two parties decreases,it is better to choose product subsidies when the manufacturer is dominant,otherwise choose cost subsidies.To avoid the phenomenon of "fraudulent subsidy" in cost subsidy methods,the government chooses product subsidies under high-level subsidies to facilitate enterprise transformation.Establishing a monitoring mechanism for actual utilization rate helps to avoid the phenomenon of "fraudulent replenishment" and promote the transformation of the digital structure of the supply chain. |
