As the social and economic environment becomes more and more complex,and customer needs are increasingly diversified,the competition in the supply chain between enterprises and enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Then,the Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI)model was created.Supplier management inventory can effectively reduce the uncertainly caused by fluctuations in demand and the operating costs.Compared with the traditional supply chain,the VMI supply chain aims to achieve the lowest operating costs and keeps revising during the operation.This paper takes one retailer and one supplier as the research object,and uses the evolutionary game to study how to coordinate the transformation of the two parties.By using dynamic behavior analysis,the question of how to coordinate the VMI supply chain production inventory is studied.1.Using the EOQ batch ordering model to quantitative verification of the overall profit of the implementation of the VMI supply chain is higher than the traditional supply chain.The profit distribution of the VMI supply chain is implemented and then introduced into the evolution model.The evolution model on whether to form a VMI supply chain is established,and the model is solved and numerically analyzed.The analysis results show that the profit and responsibility of the two parties after the implementation of the VMI supply chain,and the punishment of the non-cooperative party have a great influence on whether the two parties adopt a cooperation strategy.When the penalty amount is greater than the cost paied by both parties,there is an unique equilibrium stability strategy and,otherwise,there will be two different stabilization strategies.For this,the article analyzes how to control the parameters to coordinate the evolution of retailers and suppliers to cooperative strategies furtherly.2.This paper makes a reasonable transformation of VMI-APIOBPCS production inventory system to study the stability of VMI supply,and builds two models of supply sufficient and supply shortage.Jury's inners stability criterion was used to show that the two different supply capacity systems can be stabilized by rationally coordinating the finished product and semi-finished product inventory.By calculating the maximum Lyapunov exponent,the complex behaviors of the two systems are explored.The results show that both systems can avoid complex behaviors by reasonable selection of parameters.The article suggests that supply chain decision makers should pay attention to the analysis of the environmental status of the supply chain,maintain the stability of the system through reasonable parameter control,thereby reducing the cost of management and increasing the profit of the supply chain.
