Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Innovation In High-tech Enterprises

With the deep integration of intelligent technology and manufacturing technology,intelligent manufacturing has gradually become a vital technology for the world to establish competitive advantage in the manufacturing industry.In the context of the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing,high-tech enterprises,as the main force of intelligent manufacturing technological innovation(IMTI),play an important role as technology suppliers and create a large number of intelligent manufacturing software and hardware technologies for the intelligent upgrading of the industry.It is necessary to ensure that high-tech enterprises have sufficient dynamic force for IMTI to have a sustainable dynamic for China’s industrial intelligent upgrading.At present,however,scholars pay more attention to the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in the research on intelligent upgrading.How to effectively promote IMTI needs to be further research in a systematic and in-depth way.Simultaneously,the deep integration of the digital economy and intelligent technology provides unprecedented scientific and technological support for high-tech enterprises’ technological innovation.As a result,brand-new innovation modes,dynamic elements and dynamic mechanisms have been formed.For these,it can not be fully explained by the traditional theory of technological innovation power.From the perspective of innovation management of high-tech enterprises,clarifying the dynamic mechanism is not only the key to enhance the technological innovation dynamic of intelligent manufacturing for high-tech enterprises but also the basic theoretical problem to be solved urgently in the theory of intelligent manufacturing management.From a systematic perspective,researching the dynamic mechanism of IMTI in high-tech enterprises is of great practical significance to help high-tech enterprises scientifically control the vital dynamic factors of technological innovation,form an effective dynamic mechanism,and promote IMTI.Besides,this study deepens the cross integration of intelligent manufacturing management theory and technological innovation theory at the theoretical level.Based on this,in order to explore the dynamic mechanism of IMTI in high-tech enterprises,the following research is carried out:First,the key dynamic factors of IMTI in high-tech enterprises are identified.Based on the principle of comprehensiveness,this paper uses grounded theory to extract the dynamic factors of IMTI in high-tech enterprises.Based on the principle of importance,dynamic factors are evaluated using an intuitionistic fuzzy hierarchy analytic model of fuzzy mathematics evaluation method with differential weight operator.The above work extracts the key dynamic factors of IMTI and makes the follow-up empirical research on the dynamic mechanism focus on the key driving forces.Based on the boundary of high-tech enterprises,the key dynamic factors are divided into external factors and internal factors,and the basic dynamic structure between the key dynamic factors is constructed.Second,this paper studies the external dynamic mechanism of IMTI in high-tech enterprises in order to solve the key theoretical problems that how do the external dynamic factors affect IMTI in high-tech enterprises by a special mechanism.In the input stage of IMTI of high-tech enterprises,this paper analyzes the external dynamic effect of innovation policy-push and market demand-pull on input intensity.In the output stage of IMTI,based on the analysis of environmental catalysis,this paper explores the moderating effect of digital economy empowerment on the innovation output.The dynamic effect of the external dynamic mechanism of IMTI’ output is divided into two forms: market-oriented and non-market-oriented output.The two-stage econometric model of "input & output" was established.In the empirical study,the panel data of high-tech enterprises are used to test the dynamic effect of policy-push and demand-pull on IMTI in the input stage and the moderating effect of digital economy empowerment on the output of IMTI in the output stage.Thirdly,the internal dynamic mechanism of IMTI in high-tech enterprises is clarified.Based on the B2 B transaction mode of customized intelligent manufacturing system,this paper analyzes the new connotation of the strategic orientation of IMTI in high-tech enterprises and introduces customized innovation mode,intelligent application,integrated interconnection to expand the main dynamic mechanism.It is proposed that there are both dynamic effects and resistance effects in customized innovation.The "dynamic & resistance" model with tension mechanism was established.In order to test the theoretical model of internal dynamic mechanism,a questionnaire was developed,and the structural equation model and hierarchical regression model were used for empirical research.The empirical study explains the double-edged dynamic mechanism of customized innovation and the expansion mechanism of intelligent integrated technology elements to the value intake space of IMTI in high-tech enterprises.Fourth,this paper puts the external dynamic mechanism and internal dynamic mechanism in the same research framework and analyzes the coupling dynamic mechanism of internal and external dynamic factors of high-tech enterprises.The coupling configuration of multiple dynamic factors which can achieve specific technological innovation goals is found through the coupling configuration analysis of high-tech enterprise IMTI dynamic factors.This paper reveals the joint effect of external and internal dynamic factors of high-tech enterprises on specific technological innovation results and provides innovation management and resource allocation countermeasures for high-tech enterprises to enhance the dynamic in IMTI.Through a simulation experiment using Simulink,the strategy selection and transformation scheme for high-tech enterprises to enhance the dynamic of IMTI are found out.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the external strategy,internal management,and internal & external coupling of IMTI in high-tech enterprises.Through putting forward some reasonable countermeasures and suggestions,we hope to solve the problem of lack of dynamic and improve the dynamic in the process of IMTI for high-tech enterprises,and finally achieve the purpose of promoting the development of intelligent manufacturing technology.
