Research On Technological Innovation Management Of QC Intelligent Manufacturing Enterprises

In recent years,China has actively promoted the strategy of strengthening the country through science and technology,supported the technological innovation and development of scientific research institutions and market entities with multiple preferential policies,and helped enterprises maintain market competitive advantages.Technology innovation management,as an important management means to promote scientific and technological progress,is of great significance for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness.At present,China’s labor structure has undergone tremendous changes,and the cost of manufacturing labor continues to rise.Compared with other developing countries,China’s social aging is accelerating,which further promotes the transformation of the digital industry and will usher in greater opportunities for its development in the future.QC intelligent manufacturing enterprise,as a large private enterprise oriented in the field of digital energy,with its core positioning in energy measurement,providing consumers with services such as intelligent water meters,intelligent gas meters,smart meter,AMI,and comprehensive energy solutions,has always been in a dominant position in the industry during the 20 years of development.With the development and changes of domestic and international market environments,technological innovation has become an important means of survival and a powerful "weapon" for intelligent manufacturing enterprises to participate in competition.Various types of intelligent manufacturing enterprises in the industry invest a large amount of funds in technological innovation and research and development every year,actively seizing the "commanding heights" of technological innovation.Compared with other companies in the same industry that focus on and excel in technological innovation,QC intelligent manufacturing enterprises have a significant lack of core competitive product advantages and industrial innovation upgrading bottlenecks due to their backward management level in the field of technological innovation,resulting in a significant decline in their net profit and related business level,and a significant decline in corporate performance.The main purpose of this study is to help QC intelligent manufacturing enterprises to analyze the status quo of technology innovation management,improve their technology innovation management capabilities and output efficiency,and provide reference for other enterprises in the industry to carry out such practices.From the perspective of enterprise management,based on the theoretical basis of technology innovation theory,innovation management theory,technology innovation dynamics theory,and by means of literature analysis,PEST research and questionnaire survey,this paper completed the evaluation and analysis of technology innovation management of QC intelligent manufacturing enterprises.The results show that the combination of enterprise technology innovation capability and innovation effect does not show significant advantages,and needs to make breakthroughs from the level of innovation capability;The improvement of enterprise innovation teams is significant,but optimization is needed in terms of innovation structure;The innovation level of enterprises has improved,but there is still significant room for improvement;The score of enterprise technology innovation management is the lowest,which needs to be improved.By summarizing the evaluation results of QC intelligent manufacturing enterprises,this paper puts forward the problems that restrict the improvement of technology innovation management level of QC intelligent manufacturing enterprises,such as the absence of human resource management,the unsatisfactory effect of innovation investment,the incomplete integration of resources,and the absence of enterprise innovation culture atmosphere.Finally,combined with the existing problems of QC intelligent manufacturing enterprises in technology innovation management,the overall solution is proposed to help enterprises reasonably adjust the direction of technology innovation management and improve the ability of technology innovation management.The main measures include: defining the strategic goal of technology innovation,building an effective technology innovation management system,strengthening employees’ technology innovation motivation,and deepening the construction of enterprise innovation culture.
