Personalization of customer demand,globalization of manufacturing,economic integration and internationalization of competition are the important characteristics of the market and competitive environment faced by today’s manufacturing enterprises.Customer demand structure,demand level and expectation requirements have changed from single to complex,and become more and more diversified and personalized;Countries continue to expand their openness,strengthen international economic and technological cooperation,and reduce policy barriers to international investment and commodity trade.As a result,global procurement,global manufacturing,global flow of goods,and the provision of productive services to the global market have shown a strong development trend;At the same time,the market competition of enterprises has developed from local and domestic competitions in the past,to international competition.In the face of such demand,market and competitive environment,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore which manufacturing mode should manufacturing enterprises adopt to expand the development space of overseas market,create sustainable dynamic competitiveness,so as to flexibly and economically adapt to the differentiated needs of overseas customers and create higher and more business value.The needs and growth of customers determine the survival and growth space of enterprises.Where the customer needs are,the boundary of the enterprise should be.The enabling /enabling of Internet and big data not only breaks the previous boundary constraints of enterprises and realizes the wide-area boundary integration of enterprises and customers around customer needs,but also profoundly changes the scope of resources available to enterprises and the allocation mode of resources to create value.The deep integration of resource physical space and information cyberspace has greatly broken through the space-time constraints of cross-border and cross regional resource and demand matching,and can realize the transformation of resources from static configuration to dynamic configuration.As a result,manufacturing enterprises may adopt the new model of mobile manufacturing to match the needs of overseas customers under the Internet environment.Mobile manufacturing is not the overall relocation of manufacturing enterprises,but a new manufacturing mode,and new way of dynamic allocation of resources.This dissertation takes the location decision of mobile manufacturing base established by manufacturing enterprises facing the differentiated needs of overseas customers as the research object,that is,the location issue of independent resource dynamic allocation of manufacturing enterprises facing the differentiated needs of overseas customers.In fact,the research on location of related enterprises(factories)or resource allocation has a long history,and many useful research results have been produced.However,the research results so far are obtained mainly from the perspective of location enterprises,from the pursuit of their own interests.Location is selected by trying to consider the factors such as social and political stability,location resources,geographical environment and business convenience,and seek to maximize the remaining profit,or minimize the total transportation volume and total cost.The location of resource allocation is not studied with core issue of creating joint value.The proposed location method only focuses on the static configuration of physical space of resources,with no involvement of the location and dynamic configuration of mobile manufacturing base with the combination of physical space and information space in the Internet environment.Hence,in the environment of the empowerment enabling of the Internet and big data,what kind of mobile manufacturing mode,system form,under what condition,manufacturing enterprises should adopt to break the boundary constraints to expand the market development space,and what decision-making procedures should be followed for the location and location of overseas mobile manufacturing bases,What the location decision making method of overseas mobile manufacturing bases,with core issues of creating joint value and sharing,is still a practical issue concerned by manufacturing enterprises,and it is also a cutting-edge problem that needs to be studied and solved in location decision-making theory.In this regard,this dissertation has completed the following research work:First,related basic theories of mobile manufacturing.This dissertation expounds the concept,characteristics and operation mechanism of mobile manufacturing,discusses the establishment conditions of mobile manufacturing base and the system form of mobile manufacturing base,and constructs the relevant theoretical basis system of mobile manufacturing.Second,the influencing factors,basic proposition and program model of mobile manufacturing base location.Firstly,through the analysis of relevant literature,this dissertation analyzes the main influencing factors of the location of overseas mobile manufacturing base of manufacturing enterprises,and determines the main influencing factors;Then,according to the actual situation of mobile manufacturing base location,on the basis of the discussion of the basic proposition,a general program model of mobile manufacturing base location is proposed upon the mind map of location;Finally,the primary selection of site selection is carried out through the program model,and a one-time test is embedded in the program for the key and restrictive factors of site selection,so as to judge the possibility of the comprehensive factors of site selection.Third,location decision model and solution of mobile manufacturing base in the form of "multiple locations in one area" system.Aiming at the location decision-making problem of mobile manufacturing base in the form of " multiple locations in one area" system and the differentiated needs of customers,considering the customer as the main value co-creator,a two-stage location model based on integer fuzzy programming method with the goal of maximizing service benefits and the constraints of time,cost and demand is proposed,which is solved by genetic algorithm,and verified and analyzed by numerical and numerical examples.At the same time,lingo is used to solve the model,which is compared with the solution of genetic algorithm,so as to verify the effectiveness of the solution method."one location in one area" is a special case of "multiple locations in one area" manufacturing base system.This dissertation also discusses the location of mobile manufacturing base in the context of resource constraints.Fourth,location decision model and solution of mobile manufacturing base in the form of "multiple locations association in one area" system.Aiming at the location decision-making problem of "multiple locations association in one area" mobile manufacturing base,considering the value co-creation of customers and collaborative ventures,a multi-objective location decision-making model based on maximizing collaborative manufacturing capacity and service efficiency is proposed,which is solved by particle swarm optimization algorithm,and verified and analyzed by numerical and numerical examples.At the same time,lingo is used to solve the model,which is compared with the particle swarm optimization algorithm,so as to verify the applicability of the model and the validity of the solution method.The research results of this dissertation make up for the lack of research on the establishment and location of mobile manufacturing base for the differentiated needs of overseas customers in the environment of the empowerment enabling of the Internet and big data,and further expand the theoretical method of location decision,and provide procedural and methodological support for the location decision of manufacturing enterprises to establish mobile manufacturing base for the differentiated needs of overseas customers. |
