The problem of site selection decision originated in 1909.After more than 100 years of research and excavation by many scholars,the problem of site selection decision has evolved from the classical site selection theories,including coverage selection,central location selection and median location selection,to many extended location theory involves covering location problem,backup covering location problem,hierarchical location problem and competitive location etc.Scholars have proposed a specific solution to different location problems,and expanded the scope of the application of the location theory.At the same time,it also guides the practical problems,from the optimization of warehouse location proposed by Webb to the location of factories,the location of logistics distribution centers,and then to the location of public facilities,such as hospitals and emergency service stations.At present,the theory of site selection has gradually become mature,but it does not reduce the enthusiasm of the academic community on the problem of location.In particular,the current pattern of the world is changing with each passing day,and production factors are increasingly inclined to large-scale free flow.With the gradual development of Industry 4.0,many intelligent industrial revolutions such as big data,cloud services,and intelligent manufacturing have developed,and the site selection theory under the new industrial revolution has begun to sprout.In order to adapt to the development of industrial revolution,this paper puts forward the problem of location of equipment manufacturing enterprises based on dual channel purchase and marketing.It is used to adapt to the development of manufacturing e-commerce under the integration of "informatization and industrialization".This is also a front-line topic in management,operations research and other related fields in the current period.On the basis of previous studies,this paper,based on the mature location theory and the solution of scientific problems in other disciplines,selects the location factors that are suitable for the long-term development of enterprises,and establishes conceptual models and logical models.The mathematical models of single plant location and multi plant location are established respectively,and the validity of the models is verified by examples.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Established a conceptual model for networked location.On the basis of summarizing the influential factors of all kinds of location problems,the article combines the subject and the actual situation of this article.The main factors are determined from 5 dimensions,such as the dimension of cost restriction,the dimension of transportation time,the dimension of regional conditions,the dimension of service quality and so on.(2)The problem research background of this paper is discussed from the dual-channel procurement sales model of equipment manufacturing companies and the dual-channel procurement sales status and prospects of equipment manufacturing companies.Based on the problem of single plant location for equipment Manufacturing companies,the corresponding conceptual model is given.According to the cumulative prospect theory,the goal of the maximum integrated foreground value was established,and mathematical models were established and examples were provided for solving.(3)According to the actual background of equipment manufacturing companies,the problem of multi-plant location for equipment manufacturing companies with dual-channel buying and selling sites was proposed.According to the actual situation,the conceptual model and logical model of multi-plant site selection were constructed.With the objective of minimum cost and shortest transportation time,a mathematical model is constructed,and an example is proposed and solved.
