Research On The Impact Of Entrepreneur’s Structural Hole On Entrepreneurial Performance

With the continuous implementation and development of the national strategy of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,innovation and entrepreneurship has become an important measure to stabilize employment and achieve high-quality economic develop ment.In recent years,with the vigorous promotion of the state and the vigorous supp ort of local governments,China’s entrepreneurship is booming as a whole,with a larg e number of start-ups and active venture investment.The environment of entrepreneuri al enterprises is constantly optimized,and the development of entrepreneurial economy is in its golden period.However,entrepreneurial enterprises generally encounter diffic ulties in survival,growth and development,and the success rate of entrepreneurial inc ubation is low.The lack of sustainable growth motivation in the development path of start-ups is particularly obvious.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to stud y how Chinese start-ups improve their entrepreneurial performance at the current stage.Theoretically,how to effectively improve the survival and growth quality of startup enterprises has become a hot topic for scholars to discuss.In recent studies,schola rs have gradually shifted their perspectives from external macro perspectives such as e nvironmental regulation and policy environment to micro perspectives such as human r esources and cooperative innovation,and paid attention to the impact of entrepreneur s ocial network on innovation performance.Compared with the status of organizational s tructure,internal governance and other factors in mature enterprises,entrepreneurs play an absolute dominant and leading role in entrepreneurial enterprises.Existing gender differences of scholars in the study focused on the more entrepreneurs,internal control level,the degree of appetite for risk,the characteristics of achievement motivation an d so on individual level and the specific influence mechanism of enterprise performan ce,but if put these problems in the real life,entrepreneurial activity initiated and foll ow-up in different stages are a highly socialized process,In the whole process,the fo unders of entrepreneurial enterprises need to constantly develop and occupy exclusive structural holes.These highly socialized and networked structural holes can play a ver y important role in the performance improvement and future growth and development of entrepreneurial enterprises.This study will focus on the socialization and networking of entrepreneurship,exp lore how entrepreneurs can effectively develop the occupation structure hole,and ultim ately have an impact on the improvement of entrepreneurial performance,and pay atte ntion to the specific mediating role of dual opportunity development in the impact me chanism.In addition,in the whole entrepreneurial process,entrepreneurial enterprises must always pay attention to the external environment,so the model also tests the reg ulatory role of the entrepreneurial environment with data.For recycling of 428 valid questionnaire data to multiple regression analysis,etc,on the basis of empirical test,this study’s main conclusions are as follows: one is in the hole,the dual structure of entrepreneurs,opportunity,entrepreneurial performance,entrepreneurial environment,etc.Based on the definition,structure divided into hole,d ual opportunity,entrepreneurial performance,entrepreneurial environment dimensions,d evelopment 29 item measurement scale;The second is to examine the positive and ne gative effects of entrepreneur structure hole on entrepreneurial performance from three dimensions(diversification,richness and constraint).The third is to examine the media ting coordination between the two different dimensions of dual opportunity developmen t(exploration and utilization)on the relationship between entrepreneurial structure hole and entrepreneurial performance.Four is to validate two different dimensions of entre preneurship environment(dynamic complex and stable)regulation,and the dynamic an d complicated environment loose stable environment for the dual opportunity developm ent adjustment has significant relationship with entrepreneurial performance,thus the o peration of the entrepreneurs entrepreneurship should be attention to business environm ent changes,and according to the surroundings,formulate the dual opportunity develop ment strategy.The contribution of this research is mainly reflected in the following aspects: Firs t,the research model of the relationship between entrepreneurial structure hole and ent repreneurial performance is constructed to enrich and improve the research on the relat ionship between structural hole and entrepreneurial performance to some extent;The s econd is to develop a scale to measure the impact of entrepreneur structure hole on e ntrepreneurial performance.Three hole structure and business performance in entrepren eurs is the intrinsic mechanism research,reveal structural holes,the dual opportunity d evelopment,three different dimensions of entrepreneurship environment effect on entre preneurial performance of concrete path,to some extent enrich antecedent research and improve the business performance,and to analyze how entrepreneurs structure hole af fect entrepreneurial performance and entrepreneurial opportunity development provide a new Angle of view,at the same time,It points out the direction for entrepreneurial enterprises to choose different types of entrepreneurial opportunities at different stages;Fourthly,a research model of the relationship between dual opportunity development and entrepreneurial performance under the influence of different dimensions of entrepre neurial environment is constructed,and the moderating effect of dynamic complexity a nd loose stability on the relationship between dual opportunity development and entrep reneurial performance is tested respectively to help broaden the research ideas of entre preneurial performance.At the same time,it provides suggestions on how to carry out opportunity development activities in different environments.
