| Under the background of the deepening degree of population aging,the supply side reform of elderly care services and the upgrading of service quality,the performance of pension service enterprise is related to the healthy development of the industry.Therefore,pension service enterprises generally have the problem of low performance,and there is an urgent need to improve and enhance enterprise performance through innovation.The performance of pension service enterprises is influenced by many factors,among which social network and business model innovation are important factors.The diversity and heterogeneity of the needs of elderly customer groups determine that the development needs of pension service enterprises involve multiple industry resources.China’s pension service market-oriented reform time is short and the degree of market development is not high,which leads to the development of pension service enterprises facing dynamic changes in the environment and resource constraints.Pension service enterprises obtain and use various resources from social networks,and provide pension service products through cooperation to create value at a price,which will help to improve the performance of pension enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply study the connotation and dimension of social network of pension service enterprises in combination with the development environment of elderly care service enterprises,and further explore the relationship and mechanism between social network and enterprise performance.This dissertation reveals the internal mechanism of the social network of elderly care service enterprises to improve and enhance enterprise performance.At the same time,this dissertation provides theoretical guidance and reference path for creating a good development environment for pension service enterprises,promoting pension service enterprises to use social networks for business model innovation and promoting performance improvement.This dissertation is guided by social network theory,resource-based theory,dynamic capability theory,contingency theory and business ecosystem theory,and follows the logical framework of "environment-influencing factors-influencing path-enterprise performance".On the basis of in-depth and systematic theoretical analysis,this dissertation constructs a research model of "social network business model innovation enterprise performance" with environmental dynamics and dynamic ability as regulatory variables,which is verified by empirical way to explore the relationship between social network,business model innovation and enterprise performance.And the intermediary effect of business model innovation between social network and enterprise performance,as well as the regulatory effect of environmental dynamics and dynamic ability on social network.The research problems of this dissertation mainly include two aspects.Firstly,it theoretically analyzes the logical relationship between social network,business model innovation and enterprise performance of elderly care service enterprises:(1)This dissertation expounds the development status and development environment of pension service enterprises.(2)Using interpretive structure model(ISM),this dissertation deconstructs and analyzes the factors affecting the performance of pension service enterprises,and discusses the impact of institutional policies,social networks,business model innovation elements,dynamic capabilities(resource integration and coordination)on the performance of pension service enterprises.(3)This dissertation theoretically expounds the relationship among social network,business model innovation and enterprise performance.Secondly,construct the conceptual model of social network of pension service enterprises affecting enterprise performance.This dissertation constructs a model with social network as the antecedent variable,business model as the intermediary variable,environmental dynamics and dynamic ability as the regulation,and enterprise performance as the outcome variable.Through this model,this dissertation discusses the impact of pension service enterprise social network on business model innovation and enterprise performance,discusses the impact of business model innovation on enterprise performance,and discusses the impact of pension service enterprise social network on enterprise performance through business model innovation.Combined with the theoretical analysis,this dissertation puts forward the corresponding research hypotheses.Focusing on the above two issues,this dissertation has two aspects in the empirical work.First,design scales and questionnaires,and collect sample data.Based on the existing relevant research literature,combined with the results of expert group discussion and enterprise interview,a pre survey scale is formed.Through the analysis of small-scale pre survey results,the scale is optimized and the final questionnaire is formed.The improved questionnaire was used to collect sample data.Using spss24.0、AMOS23.0、Mplus8.3and other tools for exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to test the effectiveness of sample data.Second,hypothesis testing.After the validity test and correlation analysis of the sample data,this dissertation uses the sample data to empirically test the relationship and mechanism between social network,business model innovation,enterprise performance,dynamic ability and environmental dynamics of pension service enterprises.Combined with theoretical research and empirical research,this dissertation draws the following main conclusions:First,the performance of pension service enterprises is affected by many internal and external factors.At the same time,the relevant influencing factors show the characteristics of diversity and hierarchy.Business model innovation is a direct factor affecting the performance of pension service enterprises.Enterprise social network,customer value proposition and consumption behavior,customer satisfaction,resource integration and coordination and service innovation are the intermediate factors affecting the performance of pension service enterprises.Institutional and policy environment,market environment,local economic development level and the payment ability of the elderly population are the deep influencing factors of the performance of pension service enterprises.Second,all dimensions of social network have a significant positive impact on the performance of pension service enterprises.Third,business model innovation is conducive to improving the performance of pension service enterprises.Fourth,business model innovation plays an intermediary role between social network and the performance of pension service enterprises.Fifth,environmental dynamics and dynamic capabilities are important regulatory factors for the role of business models.The innovation of this dissertation is mainly reflected in three aspects.First,under the condition of marketization of elderly care services,this dissertation analyzes and summarizes the surface,middle and deep factors affecting the performance of pension service enterprises,and deeply discusses the relationship between the influencing factors at all levels,so as to expand the application of previous relevant research in the field of elderly care services.Second,from the perspective of business model innovation,this dissertation discusses the impact mechanism of social network on the performance of pension service enterprises,so as to clarify the relationship between social network,business model innovation and the performance of pension service enterprises.This dissertation provides a new path and method for the development of pension service enterprises.Thirdly,on the basis of exploring the internal relationship between social network,business model innovation,environmental dynamics and dynamic capabilities on the performance of pension service enterprises,this dissertation puts forward the theoretical model affecting the performance of pension service enterprises,so as to further enrich and improve the research ideas and methods of performance influencing factors in the field of elderly care services. |
