Along with the rapid development of global economic integration and the modern science and technology innovation,the third party logistics(3PL)as a new kind of logistics operation mode arises at the historic moment.3PL has attracted extensive attention from all walks of life,because the 3PL is not only plays a powerful support to many industries also impetus for social development and the market economy plays an important role.In the development of the 3PLs,wthheer it is the demand of logistics service or the enterprise itself that can offer a broad range of high quality logistics service operation ability is a reflection of the 3PLs comprehensive strength,is also an objective evaluation of logistics enterprises can occupy market judgment for a long time.With more and more diversified,personalized customer service requirements,logistics service provided by the 3PLs is becoming more and more show a personalized and professional characteristics,at the same time also let the 3PLs realize the importance of logistics service quality.So,by what kind of logistics operation to provide personalized,diversification,professional,innovative logistics service caused the 3PLs more and more attention.So the job evaluation index for the third party logistics services research has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the third party logistics service job evaluation index selection decision method was studied.The past research in the related evaluation index are independent of each other is not in conformity with the actual situation of problem,network analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze logistics service job evaluation index between the interdependence and feedback relationship,and build the limit index weight matrix.Consider reputation effect and social responsibility at the same time,the use of multi-objective programming to construct logistics service job evaluation index selection model.(1)Investigate customer service requirements,and clear index weight of customer service demand using the analytic hierarchy process.Convert customer service requirements converted into the logistics service job evaluation index of 3PLs using the quality function deployment.(2)Analysis of the interdependence and feedback relationship of logistics service job,build a weighted super matrix and the limit matrix,evaluation index under the multiple objective.Remove job evaluation index are independent of each other that do not conform to the actual hypothesis.(3)On the basis of implementation services,time,and cost objectives of the 3PLs,the enterprise's reputation and fulfill the social responsibility of the limitation of carbon emissions into the 3PLs operation objectives,and the market segmentation of logistics costs and carbon emissions quota,rethink multi-segment goal programming.Taking an example of SF company,combined with the actual situation of SF company and potential carbon emissions limits to the third party logistics service job evaluation index selection,and the previous research results and the results were analyzed and concluded in this paper.This paper studies the logistics service job evaluation index to build is based on the premise of meet the demand of customer service,to reach the company operating goals and fulfill social responsibility,detailed analysis of interdependence and feedback relationships between evaluation index of logistics service job.For 3PLs to cope with the development trend of industry in the future and the trend of the national policy changes,meet under the real social development needs of personalized customer service provides a more practical plan of establishing evaluation index system of logistics service job.
