In recent years,some companies have considered how much impact from the implementation of“work from home”to affect organizational innovation and employee creativity? Until COVID-19 swept the world,the online communication of “work from home”was under strict scrutiny.This research combines the consulting and training work for more than 20 years from the researcher to start research on the influence of online teaching(e-coaching)and offline teaching on creativity,so as to provide theory for solving practical problems.The main purpose of this research was to explore whether the learners receive messages from different media with different media richness through CMC(computer mediated communciation)online training and FTF offline training to perform the difference in divergent thinking.According to the theory of“convergence orientation theory”which provides evidence that the individual creativity can be raised through the learning and internalization of creative technology.This research redesigned a set of creative training program from the perspective of product and process innovation,and evaluated individual creative traits after the training program.The research process refered to the“equal group random control post-test method(univariate experiment)”,selected the objects who were the in-service students of the master’s degree class and worked as enterprise managers,and assigned them according to the random function under equivalent academic qualifications into two groups which had the same academic quality.This research regarded CMC and FTF training as independent variables,the divergent thinking ability after creativie training as dependent variables,and media richness perception is the intervening variables for the divergent thinking ability and the communication satisfaction of learning.At the same time,the research controlled other irrelevant variables.Finally,the data analysis and statistical research through experimental methods was supplemented by qualitative analysis of in-depth interviews to verify the impact on creativity perception.The contribution of this research verified that CMC online learners are able to convey the linguistic diversity and multi-cues of higher media richness and enhance the fluency of divergent thinking,and inguistic diversity enhance the flexibility of divergent thinking after taking creative training program,which significantly better than the learners in FTF offline training.Because CMC online training in the context of creativity development provides learners the freedom to learn and search for information in time and space in which the learners can convey the linguistic diversity and multi-cues of higher media richness results in achieving the fluency and precision of creativity cognition.Moreover,the interaction within CMC is relatively free,and the individual viewpoints are expressed more straighforwardly which conforms to the anonymous behavior of clue elimination theory,andexpressed less common or unreasonable arguments which conforms to the novel concept to express originality or crazy ideas.Moreover,media richness,immediate feedback,multiple clues,language diversity and personalized focus had significant positive impact on communicating satisfaction form the research.This research reflects the innovative value of combining the theory and practice of media communication and human resources,and found that the high media richness of CMC online training can enable instant interpretation of diverse languages,and enable learners of different languages to communicate and innovate without barriers.The idea is to extend the training content to practice for people who have begun to use the shared space for cooperation in different spaces.In addition,compared with the FTF work situation,the corporate organization adopts the CMC“work from home”human resources strategy,and it will not interfere with the promotion of creativity and free display of organization members. |
