scholars’ research.This paper takes industrial key generically technology as the research object,discusses the identification method of industrial key generically technology,sorts out the development of industrial key generically technology,reveals the evolution law of industrial key generically technology,and puts forward countermeasure suggestions to promote the development of industrial key generically technology.Firstly,the concepts of industrial key generically technology,industrial key generically technology identification,industrial key generically technology evolution,technology elements are defined;social network theory,technology evolution theory and innovation chain theory are sorted out,and a research framework for industrial key generically technology identification and market demand pull.Combining web news data and patent literature,the text mining method is used to extract market demand topics and patent technology topics,and the feature word co-occurrence similarity,cosine similarity,semantic similarity and entropy power method are combined to construct a topic matching model to measure the matching degree between patent technology topics and market demand topics,and the strength of patent technology topics and market demand topics are combined to measure market demand pull and technology push to explore the evolutionary dynamics of different key generically industrial technologies.Fourth,the SAO structure analysis method is introduced,the SAO structure extraction rules are formulated,the SAO structure of three industrial key generically technologies in the field of intelligent manufacturing equipment is extracted,and the core technology elements within different industrial key generically technologies are screened in combination with the social network analysis method,the nodes of the technology evolution path are determined,the correlation relationships of different nodes are analyzed,and the time attributes of the technology elements are integrated to visualize the evolution path of different industrial key generically technologies.Fifthly,we analyse the evolutionary trends of key generically technology themes and technology elements in the industry,analyse the characteristics of key generically technology themes and their internal technology elements,construct several hidden Markov prediction models,evaluate
