Under the background of public innovation,analysis aimed at emerging technology evolution mode and route of innovation has very important strategic significance.Traditional technology forecast and analysis usually focus on the scenario planning,Delphi or other qualitative methods,and need multi-iterations and several rounds of expert discussions,consuming a lot of time and human cost.In recent years,quantitative methods based on text mining,fuzzy integration and group decision are gradually applied in traditional technical route analysis practice,which can greatly improve the efficiency of the analysis of the technical route,and also open up an important application for the enterprise to carry out technology forecasting and route analysis at the micro level.In this paper,based on the traditional patent text analysis and mining,the latest text semantic mining method-SAO(Subject-Action-Object)structure mining theory is imported,combining with the basic theory of the technology roadmap analysis,to further explore the technology route analysis framework based on the SAO structure mining of patent texts,then applied in 3D printing technology evolution analysis in the field of aerospace.First of all,through the integration of methods including patent text clustering,patent map,SAO structure mining and effect analysis,further optimize and improve the traditional technology roadmap analysis process and method.Secondary,through the introduction of Natural Language Process(NLP)technology,to carried out syntactic and semantic mining of the abstract of the patent text,so as to combine the SAO structure with the traditional technology roadmap of "material-technology" or "parts-efficacy",which can improve the means of quantitative analysis and the efficiency of the technology roadmap of a certain field.Third,in the empirical analysis part,technology patent analysis method based on text mining and natural language processing is comprehensive used,to analyze the 3D printing technology development path in the field of aerospace with the relevant technology roadmap and technical efficiency matrix,emphatically analyze the hot research topics,development trend,technology gap in the field,giving some decision recommendations for the 3D printing technology development of aerospace field in our country.Compared with the traditional technical route analysis method,the analysis framework on the basis of SAO structure patent text mining puts forward in this paper based solely on objective patent data,having significant time and cost effective,especially suitable for small and medium enterprises to carry out targeted technology forecasting and technology route analysis activities.Therefore,this study has a certain reference and practical value,and also can be used as an auxiliary tool used in macro technology foresight and emerging technology development path analysis,etc.
