Under the background of rapid development of technology and big data era,technology cluster has become an important mode of technological development advantage.Scientific and technological decision-making is affected by the analysis of technology cluster,and whether it can occupy a favorable competitive position in the future is also determined by it.The patent literature contains more than 90%of the world's technical information,about five years earlier than the general technical journal information.In view of this,this paper,from the perspective of knowledge learning,with r-studio and LogletLab2 software as tools,puts forward a new idea of technology cluster research:mainly for the classification of technology cluster and development trend prediction.This paper analyzes the relationship among patent literature,technology cluster and text mining,and proposes an algorithm to study the technology cluster through the method of patent text mining.Firstly,the text data of patent literature is preprocessed;Secondly,the key words and word frequency of the patent text are extracted and the correlation coefficient matrix is constructed;Thirdly,the system clustering algorithm is used to cluster the patent literature and the method of technology cluster classification is proposed;Finally,different technology clusters are identified,and the technology life cycle theory is applied to describe the development curve of the technology cluster life cycle,analyze the development stage of the technology cluster,and predict and analyze the future development trend.In order to verify the feasibility of the method,this paper takes coal chemical technology as an example for empirical study.908 patent literatures were collected from the patent database of the state intellectual property office,and a database for storing patent literatures was constructed.The full text of patent literatures was preprocessed with r-studio software,56 keywords and word frequency were obtained,and the correlation coefficient matrix was constructed;Cluster analysis was carried out on coal chemical technology patents,and coal chemical industry was subdivided into six technical clusters:Sewage treatment technology,gas purification technology,coal gasification technology,traditional coal chemical technology,pollutant monitoring technology and coal liquefaction technology;Finally with the help of LogletLab2 software to map the six big technology cluster development curve,determine the traditional coal chemical technology has entered a recession,sewage treatment technology and pollutant detection technology in the development,gas purification technology,coal gasification and coal liquefaction technology matures,coal chemical technology is toward the direction of more environmental protection,environmental protection,reliable and efficient development.The practicality and validity of the method presented in this paper are verified by the empirical research.
