At the end of the 20th century, China began to enter the aging society. With the acceleration of social progress and the impact of one-child policy, China’s aging society is more and more serious, it is estimated that by the middle of the 21st century, China’s elderly population will account for one-third of the total number, the pension problem has become a major problem in the present and future society. The government has already realized the importance of the pension problem and has taken a series of measures to slow down the aging and reduce the pressure on old age: release the "two children" policy, encourage people to have two children, in order to increase the population base, slow down the aging degree; delayed retirement age, extended working years; the implementation of the Government to buy old-age services; constantly raised the old-age security. These reform measures mainly focus on the supply side, to a certain extent, it helps to relieve the pension pressure and meet the needs of old-age services, But in the actual operation, there is also a lack of effective supply, It can be seen that demand-oriented reforms are needed in the supply side, that is, the pension services are studied from the demand side.According to this, this paper starts from the demand of the old-age service of the urban elderly, taking Xinji City as an example, and investigates the influencing factors of the urban pension service demand in Xinji City through the empirical method, mainly from personal factors and family factors, personal factors include four parts: gender, age, physical condition and educational level; family factors include economic status, living conditions, marital status, the number of children and other four parts. Through the analysis of the previous literatureand the investigation of the situation, the paper first makes an assumption on the influence and degree of the factors, such as gender, age, physical condition, economic status and living condition, marital status have a significant impact on the demand for pension services, the age and economic status were positively correlated with the demand for the aged service. Through the sex, living conditions do F test, t test and other factors for single factor analysis of variance,we can verify whether the assumption is true or not.In addition to verifying whether the hypothesis is true or not, it is also found in the impact of the demand for pension services, according to the importance of the impact of the division, the first two factors are the economic situation and physical condition.Economic status as the financial support of old-age care service, directly related to the level of demand for pension services; physical condition as the standard of health of the elderly, affecting the demand of the elderly for the service. The analysis of the influencing factors of the demand for the aged service will be helpful to deepen the understanding of the old-age service demand, and then improve the urban old-age service system. After research, this paper believes that by increasing the level of pensionto make up for the elderly lack of economic;advocating a healthy lifestyle to enhance the physical quality of the elderly; adjusting the contentsand supply the objectsof the old-age service, these ways to improve the pension service system...
