measures,clarifying the need to fully utilize modern information technology to drive the modernization of education governance.As an important component of the national education system,universities play a key role in comprehensively promoting the modernization of education in China.With the continuous rise of computer technology,Internet technology,Internet of Things technology,digital technology,artificial intelligence technology,and other technologies,internal governance in universities needs to fully achieve the deep integration of individuals,organizations,and systems through the comprehensive penetration of multiple technologies.The "Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan" issued by the Ministry of Education of China clearly states that it is necessary to explore new models of education governance in the information era,and use informatization dividends to help improve the level of education governance.Focusing on internal governance in universities,informatization empowers the efficiency improvement of internal governance in universities to become the key to promoting the modernization of internal governance in universities.However,while the development of science and technology brings massive dividends,it also hides incalculable risks.While reshaping the internal governance process,optimizing the internal governance structure,innovating the internal governance model,and bringing convenience to the internal governance of universities,informatization will also profoundly affect and participate in the process of modernization of internal governance in universities.The impact of informatization on internal governance in universities may evolve into complex ethical,legal,and security issues.The changes in technological forms ultimately affect the transformation of internal governance patterns in universities,accompanied by certain seductive and hidden legal risks.Therefore,it is of great significance to advance the layout and prevention of legal risks in university internal governance informatization to promote the safe and stable development of university internal governance informatization.This research topic explores the legal risk regulation issues of internal governance informatization in universities in Chinese mainland from the perspective of legal risk regulation.The thesis strives to systematically and comprehensively explore the above issues.Starting from a macro perspective,this paper explores the main forms of legal risks in university internal governance informatization,which helps to achieve a "panoramic" sketch of the current situation of legal risks in university internal governance informatization in China.At the same time,the article adopts the research idea of "theoretical research+practical research+comparative analysis",and comprehensively uses research methods such as literature analysis,case research,expert interviews,etc.to conduct an in-depth investigation of the legal risk regulation of internal governance informatization in China’s universities at the current stage,which helps to clearly understand what the legal risk of internal governance informatization in universities is,On this basis,it explores the factors and specific issues that affect the quality of legal risk regulation of internal governance informatization in universities,so as to promote the improvement of the quality of legal risk regulation of internal governance informatization in universities,and form a benign,orderly,scientific,and universities","informatization",and "legal risk regulation",and takes "internal governance in universities" as the logical starting point for the research topic,highlighting the particularity of legal risk regulation in informatization of internal governance in universities.Focusing on the concept of "education informatization" in the field of education where universities are located,this paper studies the connotation and characteristics of legal risk regulation of internal governance informatization in universities.It summarizes three theoretical supports for the legal risk regulation of university internal governance informatization,including "legal risk theory","risk management theory",and "university governance theory".The value implication of legal risk regulation of university internal governance informatization is proposed,which ensures the legitimacy of university internal governance informatization methods,responds to the practical needs of high-quality development of of appeals.Chapter Four: "Investigation on the current situation of legal risk regulation of internal governance informatization in Chinese universities" sorts out the progress of legal risk regulation of internal governance informatization in universities.Summarize various regulatory measures taken to regulate the legal risks of internal governance informatization in universities,namely,improve the use of information technology in universities,enhance the legitimacy test of educational management informatization behavior,strengthen the regulatory work of information technology security risk supervision,and obtain referential experience in regulating the legal risks of internal governance informatization in universities.Chapter Five: "Factors and Issues Affecting the Quality of Legal Risk Regulation of Internal Governance Informatization in Chinese Universities",examines the factors affecting the quality of legal risk regulation of internal governance informatization in universities,and deeply explores the causes of the formation of legal risk regulation issues in internal governance informatization in universities.The overall thinking transformation of the technological form of internal governance in universities,and aims at the characteristics of legal risks in internal governance informatization in universities,Launched corresponding legal risk regulation work.Taking Hubei H University as a guiding case,this paper attempts to comb out its typical experience in implementing legal risk regulation of internal governance informatization in universities from five dimensions: development planning,institutional mechanisms,institutional norms,project management,and technical norms,and excavate enlightening value based on the basic theory of legal risk regulation,in an attempt to provide reference opinions for the implementation and quality optimization of legal risk regulation of internal governance informatization in universities in China.Chapter Seven: "Path Selection for Improving the Quality of Legal Risk Regulation of Internal Governance Informatization in Chinese Universities",discusses the improvement of regulatory quality in universities at five levels,namely,the development planning level needs to improve the top-level design of legal risk regulation of internal governance informatization in universities,the organizational structure level needs to actively develop institutional mechanisms for collaborative governance in universities,and the project management level needs to strengthen the management of legal risks in university informatization projects,At the level of team building,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of legal risk regulation teams in universities,and at the
