A Study On The Social Adaptation Of Relocated Migrants To Poverty Alleviation In Ningxia

The relocation of people from inhospitable areas to help the poor is called for and guided by the state policy and combined with the actual development of the region,a project to lift people out of poverty and relocate them to areas with remote geographical locations,harsh working and living conditions,and frequent occurrence of natural disasters,the relocation of people living in inhospitable areas has gone through the stages of initial exploration,pilot,comprehensive and decisive poverty alleviation.The academic achievements on the relocation of people living in inhospitable areas have been rich,mainly focused on politics,there is a lack of systematic research on the follow-up livelihood development of the relocated population in terms of policy review,background interpretation and poverty alleviation summary.Whether the large-scale relocating population can achieve "Stability,development and prosperity" is directly related to the consolidation of national poverty alleviation achievements and the orderly development of rural revitalization strategy,this also becomes the main idea of this research.Therefore,this article takes the poverty alleviation and relocation migrants in Runfeng village,Fengdeng Town,Jinfeng District,Yinchuan as an example,this paper studies the social adaptation of immigrants under the centralized resettlement with soil from the three dimensions of economic adaptation,social interaction and cultural adaptation,and summarizes the status and characteristics of social adaptation of immigrants,on this basis,the corresponding strategies to promote the social adaptation of immigrants.It is a fundamental strategy to solve the problem that "One side can not support the other side",and it is an important way to realize the goal of getting rid of poverty and becoming rich in our country,however,the final realization of the goal of poverty alleviation and relocation not only needs to solve the problem of "Move out",but also needs to solve the social adaptation problem after the relocation.Based on the theory of social adaptation,the paper firstly summarizes the background of the relocation of the relocated people in Runfeng village and the natural environment of runfeng village,population and income situation,and other aspects of the content,showing the Renfeng village five years after the relocation of all aspects of change.Secondly,from the economic adaptation,cultural adaptation,social adaptation of the three dimensions of poverty alleviation relocation of the status of social adaptation research,in the aspect of economic adaptation,the change of the way of livelihood and the change of the immigrant’s income and expenditure before and after the relocation;In the aspect of cultural adaptation,it analyzes the adaptation degree of immigrants’ daily life,festival customs and so on The research of social communication includes the change of the scope of social communication,neighborhood communication,instrumental communication and emotional communication.In addition,the social adaptation of the relocated migrants occurs in the area of immigrant community,so the author analyzes the social adaptation of the migrants from the perspective of community governance.Finally,the author analyzes the main achievements,existing problems and feasible policy recommendations of the relocation of the rural poor in Runfeng village.This paper draws the following conclusions:first,the relocation project helps immigrants get rid of the harsh living environment,and provides a great possibility for the economic development of immigrant families.But Runfeng village economic development is insufficient,the lack of follow-up development of the pillar industries,the high cost of living,these factors are the main reasons for the difficulties in the livelihood of immigrants.Therefore,it is a main task of community governance to pay attention to the development of immigrants’ follow-up livelihood and the cultivation of community industry.Second,to protect the legal rights and interests of immigrants is to promote the basis of social adaptation of immigrants.The right of political participation includes the right to vote,the right to participate in decision-making,the right to supervise,the right to appeal and so on.Through political participation,immigrants express their interests,exert influence on the decision-making related to their own interests,lose their legitimate rights and interests,and get effective help.Through political participation,migrants also have the opportunity to communicate,gain understanding and support with other groups,such as resettlement sites and local people,and to help coordinate various social relations.Third,improve employment services and enhance the employability of immigrants.At present,there is randomness and lack of universality in the vocational training of immigrants.The reason is that we have not established a complete training system,including training funding system,training organization coordination system,training performance evaluation system,need to improve the system supply,promote the normalization of immigration training.Fourthly,it is not enough to rely on the government alone to solve the social adaptation of migrants,but also need the participation of a wide range of social forces.The introduction of professional social work and professional social work concepts and methods to provide more personalized services for immigrants.
