| Paddy is the staple food for about 50%of the global population.Paddy harvest-storage is a key link in the rice industry chain,and continuously improving the information level of paddy harvest-storage management is a must for realizing the quality grain project,while the development of paddy harvest-storage management information technology suffers from the problem of incompatibility and disconnection between technology and management,management and standard,and standard and evaluation,which restricts the improvement of the level of paddy quality preservation and loss reduction.In this paper,in response to the requirements of the construction of quality grain project in Jilin Province,based on the 5T event-correlation management method,the information technology and system of 5T event-correlation management for high quality paddy harvest-storage were studied.The main research contents and conclusion are as follows.(1)Research on the Information technology foundation of 5T event-correlation managementIn view of the lack of top-level design of high quality paddy harves-storage management informatization,the objectives and indicators of management are not clear enough;the static single information technology based on the IOT,which leads to low efficiency in linking various links of paddy harvest-storage management and causes problems such as data silos and falsification,the information technology foundation of 5T event-correlation management was studied.The objective function as well as the index system of paddy harvest-storage event-correlation management were established,the event-correlation coding method was proposed,the data supervision smart contract was designed,the dual-mode digital storage model and the data security management model were established,and the Petri net traceability model based on the event-correlation code was constructed.(2)Development of 5T event-correlation information systemIn view of the tightly integrated 5T event-correlation management process and the highly concentrated and large amount of data,an information carrier for data collection,processing,analysis and traceability is required.Based on the 5T event-correlation management information technology,the "1+1+N" system architecture was designed and seven functional modules were studied,namely,basic information,5T event-correlation management,product traceability,grade evaluation(including evaluation of main capacity,process operation and product quality),statistical query,data cockpit and system management.The system is based on a B/S structure and MVC model,and was developed in cross-platform Java.The 5T event-correlation management Union chain is interfaced with the information system using the HTTP protocol interface.5T event-correlation management information system is integrated and works efficiently.(3)Construction of the evaluation model for 5T event-correlation management subject capabilityIn view of the possible differences in the implementation capacity of the subject caused by the configuration of personnel,technology and equipment in practice,the 5T event-correlation management subject capability evaluation model was constructed to provide technical support for the management to certify the 5T event-correlation management information system as the basis.The evaluation index system is constructed from 5 dimensions,and is optimised and screened from 39 to 17 indexes.Using 20 subjects as research objects,the subject’s capability was evaluated by the comprehensive index method and the principal component analysis method respectively,and then the two evaluation methods were combined by using the outlier maximisation combination method to obtain the final evaluation results of the subject’s capability.The Kendall method was used to calculate the correlation coefficient of the three evaluation methods,which was 0.8041.The results of the combined evaluation methods of the 20 subjects were fitted with the normalised data to obtain a fitted model with an R2 value of 0.93.(4)Construction of the evaluation model for 5T event-correlation management process operationIn view of the objective analysis of the differences in the implementation of management methods during the operation of the actual 5T event-correlation management information technology,the 5T event-correlation management process operation evaluation model was constructed to provide algorithmic support for the process operation evaluation module in the 5T event-correlation management information system.The index system of high-quality paddy harvesting-storage 5T event-correlation management is taken as the process operation evaluation index,the indexes are analysed and graded,the index weights are determined using the AHP method,the index affiliation of 80 event chains is calculated and fuzzy evaluation is carried out,the evaluation results are taken as the output vector of the training samples,and the original data of 80 event chains are taken as the input vector to construct the process operation GA-BP neural network fuzzy evaluation model,and we get The MSE of GA-BP neural network is 0.0142 less than that of BP neural network training results,and the convergence speed is 46.67%higher.The correlation between the evaluation results of GA-BP neural network model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is 0.975,and the average error of process operation evaluation results predicted by GA-BP neural network model is 1.67%smaller than that of BP neural network model.(5)Construction of the evaluation model for 5T event-correlation management product qualityIn view of the analysis of the differences in product quality involved after the operation of the 5T event-correlation management information technology,a 5T event-correlation management product quality evaluation model was constructed to provide algorithmic support for the product quality evaluation module in the 5T event-correlation management information system.Twelve indicators were selected to test the quality of 20 paddy samples in three aspects:appearance quality,taste and safety,and the weights of the indicators were determined by combining the CRITIC method and the entropy weighting method using the game theory set method.The standard deviation(SD),the extreme deviation(DBW)and the coefficient of variation(CV)of the evaluation results of GRA-TOPSIS were the highest among the three methods,with 0.153,0.48 and 29.016%,respectively.The GRA-TOPSIS model was more scientific and valid compared to the other two models.The three more accepted and concerned indicators of waist burst rate BR,taste value TV and vomitoxin DON were selected as the final evaluation indicators and regressed with the GRA-TOPSISI evaluation results to obtain the evaluation model with an R2 value of 0.95.(6)Analysis of the application effect of the 5T event-correlation management information systemIn Jilin City,Jiutai City,Yanji City and Baicheng City of Jilin Province,the 5T event-correlation management fnformation system was promoted and applied,and the basic information related to 20 subjects in the Jilin Rice Industry Union and the information on the process operation of the 5T management and product quality of the relevant subjects.Comparing the results of the evaluation of the capacity of 20 subjects in 2020 and 2021,the overall evaluation score of the capacity of subjects in 2021 has increased by 28.63%compared with that in 2020.Comparing the evaluation results of the process operation evaluation of 20 event chains of the subject JXSB in 2020 with those of 2021,the overall process operation evaluation score in 2021 has increased by 12.98%compared with that in 2020.Comparing the results of the product quality evaluation after the 20 event chain process operations of the main JXSB in 2020 with those of 2021,the overall product quality evaluation score in 2021 increased by 8%.A comprehensive analysis found that the dry matter and natural grain loss rate of delayed harvesting reached 4.40%.The promotion and application of the 5T event-correlation management information technology and system can save 176,000 tonnes of lost paddy volume in the field within Jilin Province;shortening the stacking time in the field and the storage time of paddy can improve the quality of paddy and guarantee the quality and safety of paddy,and the application of the 5T event-correlation management information system has played a role in reducing loss,value-added and quality-enhancing effect. |
