Driving Mechanism Of Green Building Development Based On Grounded Theory

The development of green building is an important strategic measure to implement the national energy revolution.With the development of green building,the relevant departments of the state have successively promulgated a series of laws and regulations on green buildings,and the development of green building in China has made remarkable achievements.However,in the promotion,application and practice of green buildings,they have not been fully implemented in accordance with the expected plan.There are also some problems in this process,such as the emphasis on design and light operation,and large differences in regional distribution.In order to solve the current problems,formulate development strategies and promote the development process of green building,it is very necessary to deeply analyze the driving mechanism of green building develop ment.This paper uses the method of qualitative research to conduct the exploratory analysis of users,designers and managers to obtain the core category of the driving mechanism,and constructs a preliminary theoretical framework;extract the driving elements of the core category,analyzes the relationship between the motivation,driving force and situational environment;verify the reliability and validity of the core category to determine the accuracy of the scale,and then completes the correction of the theoretical model.Based on the background of social environment,personnel needs,and technical core,this paper seeks the necessary connection between each driving mechanism,establishes a theoretical model,and provides an important theoretical basis and strategic guidance for the participation of the whole people and the active development of green building in China,which has important promoting significance.According to the thinking line of "raising questions--theoretical review--qualitative analysis--motivation theoretical models--theoretical model verification--policy suggestion",this paper combines the basic research theories and methods of comprehensive sociology,statistics and computer statistics.First of all,the development process,research results and research status of green building and evaluation standards in developed countries are reviewed and analyzed,and the relevant concepts are expounded and explained.Review the historical process of the green building development in China fro m the four aspects of the policy development,the scientific research,the development of the green building evaluation system and the technology development,explore the foundation of its formation,and analyze the implementation effect and energy saving effect of the green building.The summary analysis in this chapter sorts out the development process of green buildings from multiple angles,and provides guidance for the interview questions for the grounded theoretical interviews in the following,so tha t the interviews can be more clearly entered from multiple angles.Secondly,using the grounded theory method,the original data was obtained through in-depth interviews with a certain number of three types of people,and the NVIVO software coding analysis of the original data was conducted.Under the condition of satisfying the theoretical saturation,the core category was gradually refined,and the theoretical framework was further constructed.Analyze the four categories of the subjective cognitive influencing factors of green building from the perspective of users,including personal perception factors,social elements,organizational elements and architectural nature;The four core concepts obtained from the perspective of designers are: technology determination,personnel resources,technology management and economic factors;The five core concepts obtained from the perspective of managers are: institutional regulation,scientific and technological support,industry promotion,practical benefits and soc ial norms.The above section completed the qualitative analysis of the paper.Then,based on the qualitative analysis,the quantitative analysis was continued.On the basis of the previous resulting core category,the resulting core category is further condensed and reduced to form the final driving mechanism model of saturation.Finally,questionnaire survey and exploratory factor analysis are used to analyze the influence degree of core categories,complete the verification of the theoretical model of driving mechanism,and supplement the accuracy and universality of the model.In terms of development motivation: "maintenance risk" mean lowest,only 2.8976,"environment perception" is the highest score,is 3.4212,it can be seen that in terms of social elements,social green building environment perception of build more can affect people’s view of green building,at the same time,most people think maintenance risk of green building development driving mechanism influence is low.In terms of development driving force: the "technician application resistance" in technology determination has the lowest score,only2.8176;the highest score of "government policy support" in organizational elements is 4.1775,which shows that the technician application resistan ce is generally recognized by the human resource allocation in green building.In the operation of green building,it is believed that the developing government policy support has a greater impact,and the "news media publicity"(score 4.0977)also plays a more important role.In terms of situation environment: "industry platform" has the highest score of 4.0251,practice benefit variable "academic exchange" in the lowest score of 3.0124,it can be seen that the establishment of the "industry platform" for the promotion and development of green building has a higher positive role,and the practice of academic exchange benefits in the promotion and development of green building is small,in other words,on this hand,there is a development space of the larger.This paper is used grounded theory to interview three groups of people to obtain data,constructing the theoretical framework of green building development driving mechanism,extracting driving factors to supplement the existing research,obtaining the core category,combined with the reality of China,and provide the foundation and basis for the long-term development of green building.
