While global warming is sparking widespread concerns about carbon dioxide emissions,people have profoundly recognized that the carbon dioxide emissions has great impact on the environment,which is a serious threat to the harmonious life and sustainable development of human society.In all energy-consuming industries,the construction industry has a large share of carbon dioxide emissions.Thus the architect with high sense of social responsibility has put forward the concept of "green building",which designs to make full use of energy and reduce consumption of energy in order to ease a series of questions brought by "greenhouse effect".The "green building" concept is introduced abroad,which in China started with low point and developed slowly.In order to promote the development of new rural green building,this paper first analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign research.The paper analyzes the shortcomings of literature research on the literature about new rural construction and green building,and explains the significance of writing.Based on the whole life cycle of the project,74 influencing indexes were analyzed by using the method of reviewing the literature.Finally,according to the actual situation to be refined to get 41 drivers,the production questionnaire was made.At last,aiming at the key driving factor,from the perspective of interest,the paper puts forward which measures the government should take to promote the development of new rural green building,how construction enterprises use their own advantages to maintain the competitiveness of enterprises and how farmers accept and be willing to carry out new rural green building construction,and makes relevant recommendations.
