| In the face of global warming,population growth,energy crisis and other background,the traditional building development model can not adapt to the current social development speed,the future construction industry tends to green,low-carbon,sustainable development.At present,all countries in the world are actively practicing the concept of green development.The concept of "green building" was first introduced from abroad to China.In China,green building started late,developed slowly,and developed unevenly in the eastern and western regions.However,Xinjiang,located in the west of China’s map,shows the development trend of green building because of the natural environment,economic conditions,policies and other factors,during the whole green building development,it is characterized by low degree of exhibition,slow development speed and insufficient driving force.The green building shows the characteristics of complexity in the construction process.Compared with traditional buildings,the green building is restricted by various factors.Therefore,as a systematic project,the green building project must fully rely on the comprehensive effects of various elements in terms of development or supply.In order to promote the development and implementation of green buildings in Xinjiang,this paper firstly combines the current development status and outstanding problems of green buildings in Xinjiang,and uses the methods of actual investigation,literature review,expert discussion,induction and summary to identify the factors in each stage one by one,and then simplifies them according to the actual situation.Finally,21 driving factors affecting the development of green buildings in Xinjiang are obtained.Based on these 21 driving factors,a questionnaire is designed from the perspective of building stakeholders by using Likert scale.Secondly,the paper takes the stakeholders of green buildings in Xinjiang as the research object,and obtains the sample data through questionnaire survey.Firstly,SPSS is selected for relevant statistical analysis.On this basis,a structural equation model(SEM)is established,and Amos software is selected to run this structural equation model.According to the running results,a reasonable model is obtained through constant revision.Finally,the driving factors of green building development in Xinjiang and the driving degree of each driving factor to green building development in Xinjiang are obtained.That is to say,the external and internal driving forces from stakeholders have a significant impact on the development of green buildings in Xinjiang,and the order of the four factors on the development of green buildings in Xinjiang is: external driving forces(all stakeholders > internal driving forces(enterprises)> internal driving forces(occupants)> internal driving forces(other stakeholders).Finally,this paper finally constructs the driving mechanism of green building development in Xinjiang from the perspective of stakeholders,and on this basis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of green building in Xinjiang.Through the research of this paper,the related concepts such as green building and stakeholders have been enriched.At the same time,the development mechanism and related countermeasures of green building in Xinjiang put forward in this paper also provide the basis for the local government,enterprises and other stakeholders to make decisions. |
