Infrastructure is an important support for economic and social development.Comprehensively strengthening infrastructure construction is of great significance to safeguarding national security, smoothing domestic circulation, promoting domestic and international dual circulation, expanding domestic demand, and promoting high-quality development. With the steady advancement of my country’s urbanization process, urban transportation infrastructure construction projects, which are an important part of the modern infrastructure system, are constantly faced with extreme weather, geological disasters, construction safety accidents and other disruptive events, causing potential Heavy casualties and social and economic losses also seriously affected the smooth implementation and on-time delivery of the project.Compared with the traditional risk management and control theory, the resilience theory has significant advantages in solving the construction project’s response to disruptive events.Existing studies evaluate the urban infrastructure system in a broad sense, and the research focusing on the resilience of urban transportation infrastructure is relatively limited, and the specific research on the resilience of urban transportation infrastructure in the project construction stage is even scarcer.Based on this, this study aims to reveal the connotation and dimensions of the resilience of urban transportation infrastructure construction projects, explore the influencing factors of urban transportation infrastructure construction project resilience, build a resilience measurement model for urban transportation infrastructure construction projects, and propose urban transportation infrastructure construction projects.Resilience improvement strategies. The main research contents and conclusions include the following aspects.:(1)Based on the complex system theory, the urban transportation infrastructure construction project, which is the object of this study,is regarded as a typical complex engineering system, and the possible disturbance events that may be suffered by the urban transportation infrastructure construction project are identified based on the web crawler technology. The connotation and dimensions of the resilience of transportation infrastructure construction projects, constructed a conceptual model of urban transportation infrastructure construction project resilience, and proposed four system resilience states of urban transportation infrastructure construction projects after disruptive events(resistance, absorption, recovery and adaptation)and the corresponding4 Rs of resilience(robustness, redundancy, resilience, and reorganize)(2)Conduct research and interviews around disruptive events and the resilience of urban transportation infrastructure construction projects, and organize and condense the interview data to form an original corpus.Initial influencing factors of project resilience;principal component analysis and questionnaire survey were used to refine the initial influencing factors of resilience of urban transportation infrastructure construction projects, and obtained the resilience influencing factors of urban transportation infrastructure construction projects including 4dimensions and 28 indicators list(3)Based on the systematic literature review method, the 4R characteristic of resilience was used to set the retrieval strategy to conduct the first round of preliminary screening of the resilience indicators of urban transportation infrastructure construction projects. The interview method divides the dimensions of the resilience indicators;using the network analytic hierarchy process, based on the comparative relationship between the indicators, the weight of the indicators is determined, and the urban transportation infrastructure construction projects including 4 first-level indicators and 33 second-level indicators are obtained.Resilience Indicator System(4)Based on the multi-objective decision-making method,a resilience measurement model of urban transportation infrastructure construction projects is constructed, and the weak resilience indicators are identified.Further, based on the cross-influence matrix method(MICMAC),the vulnerability resilience indicators were classified, and the priority sequence of the vulnerability resilience indicators was obtained(prioritized improvement, key monitoring, continuous attention, and delayed processing),and based on the vulnerability resilience indicators. The priority sequence of the proposed urban transportation infrastructure construction project resilience improvement strategy. The innovations of this paper are: constructing a conceptual model of resilience of urban transport infrastructure construction projects that describes the trend change of system resilience status, revealing the changes of system resilience status and 4R characteristics after disruptive events occur;identifying urban transport infrastructure construction projects Resilience influencing factors and resilience index system;established a resilience measurement model for urban transport infrastructure construction projects;proposed a resilience improvement strategy for urban transport infrastructure construction projects based on the priority sequence of vulnerability resilience indicators. The research results are innovations and supplements to the research on the resilience of infrastructures represented by urban transportation infrastructure construction projects in the project construction stage, and are helpful for project managers and decision makers to deal with various disruptive events faced by urban transportation infrastructure construction projects.Carry out the construction, measurement and improvement of the resilience of urban transportation infrastructure construction projects, and provide scientific theoretical basis and technical support for them to more efficiently and calmly deal with various disruptive events that occur during the construction stage of urban transportation infrastructure projects.
