| New international trade transport services like river-sea direct shipping and China Railway Express have improved transport capacity,operational efficiency and service quality of export containers in the Yangtze River Economic Zone.In this new process,carriers(including freight forwarders)can implement more efficient segmented transport organization.Nevertheless,it is necessary to evaluate the improvement degree in the convenience of intra-regional trade and transportation,analyze and predict new induced export container volume,and clarify the demand to the export transport organization in the Yangtze River Economic Zone.Aiming at export containers from origin cities of China Railway Express in the Yangtze River Economic Zone to Europe,we segment transportation market,study the problem of coordinated transportation between liner shipping and China Railway Express,and optimize the transportation organization plan of railway and liner shipping.At the same time,in order to rely on the Yangtze River Golden Waterway and other transportation methods of its surroundings to implement river-sea-land coordinated export container transportation,and multi-combine the transportation resources of land,water,near-sea shipping and ocean shipping routes along the Yangtze River Economic Belt,it is necessary to distinguish river-sea direct shipping and river-sea shipping and optimize the transportation plan and transportation system of containers exported from the Yangtze River Economic Zone to offshore overseas.For this reason,the research content to be carried out in this article is as follows:(1)According to the physical connotation of accessibility,we define the utility accessibility and opportunity accessibility indicators of the space unit.Based on the definition of the two accessibility indicators,we propose a method for calculating the foreign trade transportation accessibility on space unit.In view of the accessibility index of foreign trade transportation,we analyze the development trend on convenience and connectivity of foreign trade transportation in origin cities in the Yangtze River Economic Zone(our thesis takes Chongqing as an example);based on the relationship between production and consumption,we use stochastic frontier analysis and multi-factor dynamic generation method,and propose to measure the changes in the container demand of origin cities exported to Europe.The three indicators,including international trade and transportation level,industrial diversification,and the contribution rate of China Railway Express,are used as the elements to evaluate the logistics center of origin cities,and study the impact of China Railway Express on the international logistics demand of origin cities,and changes in container transport organization demand exported to Europe.(2)By collecting and analyzing the data of market share on various trade and transportation modes between China and Europe,we build a modal split model for container trade transportation.The container transportation time is divided into transit time,loading and unloading time and waiting time;the transportation cost is divided into transportation process cost,inventory cost during transportation,opportunity cost of funds occupied by goods during transportation,and depreciation cost of goods over time.Based on historical data and modal split model,we divide traded goods between China and Europe into 9 major categories and calibrate their value of time.Based on sensitivity analysis,we study the impact of cargo value of time and the frequency and freight rate of China Railway Express on container transportation market share in 3 transport patterns and 9 cargo types.In order to segment container transport between China and Europe,we segment transport market within 3transport modes(i.e.,China Railway Express,air freight,and container liner shipping)between China and Europe,and then propose an international trade container transportation organization program of sea-rail collaboration between China and Europe.(3)Based on transport channels in the Yangtze River Economic Zone,such as sea shipping,river shipping,railway and road,we construct super transportation network,and propose a method to convert the channel capacity and service levels of multiple transportation modes into corresponding impedance functions.We integrate cargo value of time into the impedance function of each road segment on the super network.Based on the container transportation demand from origin cities to overseas ports,we utilize user equilibrium transport assignment model to assign transport paths for container cargo.Our goal is to minimize transportation costs.optimize the river-sea direct liner routes,number of liner ships and frequency of liner shipping between hub river ports and offshore destination ports.According to the container flow through nodes in the network,we determine the location of inland dry ports,hub river ports,and gateway seaports in the Yangtze River Economic Zone.In this way,we provide a new technical method for calculating the transportation impedance of various segments in the multimodal international trade network and finding the location of multi-mode hub nodes,and lay a theoretical foundation for river-sea direct liner shipping. |
