As an important part of rural tourism,leisure village has opened up a new space for rural regional economic development and expanded the connotation of rural construction.With the rapid growth of leisure rural construction,the number of leisure village buildings has increased significantly.In order to stimulate sustainable development of leisure village buildings,this study explores building performance based building design and building energy planning in domain of the leisure village.In order to understand the performance,design and planning status of leisure village buildings,three typical leisure villages in Tianjin were selected to carry out field investigation.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the leisure village buildings’ morphology and planning rules,it’s found that the leisure village buildings can be divided into the three types of Bed & Breakfast(B&B)building,public service building and commercial service building,and three forms of two-in-one courtyard,triad courtyard and quadrangle courtyard.The typical analysis method is applied and B&B building is taken as the representative,field survey and questionnaire survey are carried out to obtain the external characteristics and internal activity rules of the three typical forms of B&B buildings.Secondly,parametric design and performance optimization of B&B buildings are explored from the single building level.Based on the survey information,the parametric models of three typical forms of B&B buildings are constructed on the parametric platform of Rhino-Grasshopper,and the performance of energy load,indoor daylighting and thermal comfort are simulated after the optimization of building orientation and roof tilt angle.Multi-objective optimization simulation for building energy load,indoor daylighting and thermal comfort performance is carried out by strong Pareto evolutionary genetic algorithm(SPEA-2)in Octopus,which is the plug-in unit of Rhino-Grasshopper,and the Pareto optimal solution sets and the best optimal solutions of the three typical forms of B&B buildings are obtained.Afterwards,the simulation of summer natural ventilation is practiced based on the three best optimal solutions through the plug-in unit of Butterfly in Rhino-Grasshopper,and the ventilation optimal strategies on the level of building details are achieved to make the natural ventilation performance better.Thirdly,based on the global optimization results of the three forms of B&B buildings,global sensitivity analysis is carried out on the platform of R language.The Spearman correlation coefficient and Partial correlation coefficient methods are utilized to analyze the relationship of the optimal design parameters.Genizi method and Random forest method and practiced to study the sensitivity between the design parameters with different kinds of performance due to the significant correlation.The sensitivity between the optimal design parameters and building performances of the three building forms are achieved in the end.Finally,based on the method of energy load prediction of demand side,building energy planning at village level is practiced.Typical models of educational and commercial service buildings,which are the other two typical building types in the leisure village,are respectively established according to the conclusion of multiobjective optimization of B&B buildings.The energy load demand information of different types and groups of leisure village buildings are fulfilled.The scenario prediction method is used,and the energy-saving design guidance indexes of typical types and forms of leisure village buildings under the energy-saving scenario and industrial development scenario are put forward.The area proportion of different leisure village building types is analyzed and optimized on MATLAB platform to make the cooling,heating and electric load fluctuation level smooth and guide leisure village building energy planning as well.Application potential of photovoltaic,solar thermal,ground source heat pump,biomass energy and other renewable energy techniques are analyzed,and energy planning of leisure village buildings under different scenarios are put forward based on the leisure village building planning rules.The renewable energy utilization and low-carbon emission reduction effects are quantitatively analyzed at last to measure the energy planning effects.The research will provide theoretical reference and method consults for building scientific design and sustainable development of leisure village buildings.
