With the increasing proportion of office building area to the building area in cold cities,the proportion of building energy consumption is increasing.Therefore,the energy-saving design of office buildings has become an urgent problem in the process of energy-saving design.Due to the coupling effect of building energy consumption performance and lighting performance,we should also pay attention to the improvement of building lighting performance in the design process to reduce the energy consumption level of office buildings.The performance of office building is closely related to the shape and non shape design parameters,and the design scheme of office building follows a relatively fixed design process.Therefore,the value determination of office building relevant design parameters of in the scheme stage has an important impact on the performance optimization design.This paper aims to optimize the indoor natural lighting and energy consumption performance of buildings.Based on the building performance simulation technology,building performance sampling technology,design parameter sensitivity analysis technology and performance multi-objective optimization technology,python programming is used to integrate all kinds of technologies into the performance optimization model of office buildings in cold region,which focuses on energy saving.Firstly,the paper analyzes the optimization performance and correlation,the correlation between design parameters and performance,the development history of optimization model,basic theory and basic framework to provide the oretical basis of the building performance optimization model in cold region;Secondly,through literature review,the paper makes statistics on the shape and non shape design parameters affecting the lighting and energy consumption performance of office buildings which could determine the design parameters;Thirdly,based on the improved method of office building performance optimization,the workflow of building performance optimization design is formulated,and the performance optimization model of office building in cold area is constructed by combining the corresponding technical modules.Finally,the application and verification of the performance optimization model of office building in cold area are discussed by combining the project practice.In the practical case in this paper,the sensitivity degree of different design parameters to the building performance and the superiority of sensitivity analysis module in the verification model could be obtained by comparing the design results based on the single factor sensitivity analysis method and the performanceoptimization model.Then,the multi-objective optimization of building performance is carried out based on the sensitive design parameters.By comparing the optimized result and the building performance of the site,which showed that the indoor lighting and energy consumption performance of the design scheme based on the building performance optimization model is better,which is 2.48% higher than the UDI100-2000 of the existing building,and the AEC is 182.03 k Wh /(m~2 · a).Finally,the performance optimization model is expected to be improved through further improvement measures: for example,the climate design parameters of different regions need to be further integrated;the model needs to be further developed to achieve the shape optimization of different types of office buildings.
