Abstract/Summary:
Supply chain work safety is an important part of promoting high-quality development of enterprises,maintaining economic stability and building a new development pattern.Compared with the core enterprises in the supply chain,there are a large number of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers,wide distribution and uneven work safety capacity,most of which are characterized by insufficient safety management professionals and backward awareness of safety facilities and equipment and work safety.The prominent problem of work safety of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers will seriously restrict their own development,and directly threaten the core corporate image and stable supply.At present,the work safety governance model led by the government and jointly participated by multiple subjects is in the stage of practical exploration.In order to promote the closer relationship of multiple governance subjects,clearer governance objectives,more direct governance means and stronger governance ability,thus for small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers to play a better governance effect,the government and all sectors of society begin to consider giving play to the leading role of core enterprises in the supply chain and driving them to participate in the work safety governance of small and mediumsized manufacturing suppliers.Therefore,how to drive core enterprises to actively and effectively participate in work safety governance of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers is an important proposition with research value and practical significance.This dissertation takes "the driving mechanism and evolution law of core enterprises participating in work safety governance behavior of small and mediumsized manufacturing suppliers" as the research theme,focusing on the division and characteristics of core enterprises participating in work safety governance behavior of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers;the driving factors and process of the formation of core enterprise governance behavior;according to the corresponding scale of driving factors,the driving path and driving effect of internal and external driving factors on the active governance behavior of core enterprises are verified,and the computational experiments of core enterprises participating in the evolution of work safety governance behavior of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers are designed to observe the selection and evolution of core corporate governance behavior in different situations.According to the previous research results,this dissertation puts forward the driving strategy to promote the core enterprises to actively participate in the work safety governance of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers,so as to effectively improve the work safety level of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The theoretical and literature basis for core enterprises to participate in the research on work safety governance of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers.This paper expounds the basic concepts of governance,cooperative governance,work safety governance,supply chain governance,sustainable supply chain governance,supply chain safety governance and subject relationship based on supply chain safety governance.Then it combs the theoretical basis involved in this paper,including enterprise environment theory,enterprise capability theory and complex adaptive system theory.Finally,the related research on supply chain safety governance behavior and its internal and external driving factors are summarized,it is found that there is a lack of relevant research on the impact of core enterprise safety governance behavior on upstream small and medium-sized enterprises from the perspective of upstream and downstream supply chain,and the introduction of core enterprises to participate in safety governance of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises has important theoretical and practical value.Therefore,it establishes the research direction for the later article,that is,through the comprehensive use of qualitative and quantitative methods to deeply analyze the driving mechanism and evolution law of the new core enterprises participating in the safety governance behavior of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers.(2)Text analysis of core enterprises’ participation in safety governance behavior of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers and its characteristicsData mining is used to crawl the relevant web pages of supply chain safety governance behavior adopted by core enterprises,and then collate and text analysis the data to study the current situation of core enterprises participating in the practice of work safety governance behavior of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers,that is,the division of core enterprise governance behavior,behavior characteristics,governance effect differences and so on.The research shows that at present,core enterprises’ participation in work safety governance behavior of small and mediumsized manufacturing suppliers can be divided into evasive profit-seeking behavior,passive concern behavior and strategic cooperation behavior,among which strategic cooperation behavior is the most positive and the governance result is the best.(3)The driving factors and driving paths of core enterprises’ participation in work safety governance behavior of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers.Based on the exploratory rooted theory and qualitative research method,this paper codes and analyzes the in-depth interview data of core enterprises in related fields,abstracts the categories and excavates the typical relations among the main categories,and constructs the driving factor system framework model and formation mechanism model for core enterprises to participate in the formation of work safety governance behavior of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers.The research shows that the driving factors for core enterprises to participate in the safety governance behavior of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers in the supply chain can be refined as follows: governance pressure,governance motivation and governance ability.Then,the identified driving factors are divided into internal drivers and external drivers,the internal drivers include governance motivation and governance ability,and the external drivers are governance pressure.Internal and external drivers are closely linked and interlinked in the formation process of core corporate governance behavior,this part of the research makes up for the lack of previous research on internal dynamic factors.On this basis,through the empirical test of the initial model of structural equation by collecting large sample data,several key conclusions are obtained: first,the external governance pressure is weak and can not significantly promote the governance ability and governance behavior of core enterprises;second,governance pressure can effectively promote the governance behavior of core enterprises by stimulating the governance motivation of core enterprises and improving their governance ability.Third,safety management strength is the basis of safety coordination ability,and safety evaluation behavior can be regarded as the previous action of safety cooperation behavior.it is clear that the current governance pressure,governance motivation and governance ability drive the core enterprises to participate in the safety governance behavior of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers.(4)The evolution law and guiding strategy of core enterprises participating in work safety governance behavior of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers.According to the relationship characteristics and realistic background between core enterprises and small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers,and based on complex adaptability theory,core enterprises and small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers are endowed with automatic learning mechanism.Through the Python platform,a multi-agent simulation system of core enterprises,small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers,government and media is constructed,and the dynamic evolution process of core enterprises participating in safety governance behavior selection strategies of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers in different situations is observed.As well as the changes of the income of core enterprises in different situations,the safety input and income of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers.The results of computational experiments show that the safety cooperation behavior of core enterprises is necessary and important for improving the safety level of newly introduced suppliers,and improving the governance ability of core enterprises is of great significance to the self-interests of core enterprises and the safety and economic benefits of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers.The higher the degree of concern of the core enterprise,the higher the positive degree of the core enterprise choosing both safety evaluation behavior and safety cooperation behavior after the safety accident occurs among the small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers;the governance strategy of the core enterprise should be dynamically adjusted according to the risk degree and cooperation stage of the small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers.Finally,it synthesizes the research results of the text analysis of the core corporate governance behavior,the rooted analysis of the formation mechanism of the governance behavior,the driving path test of the active governance behavior,and the simulation analysis of the evolution law of the governance behavior.this paper puts forward the driving strategy from the level of government,media and core enterprises.In order to encourage core enterprises to actively participate in the work safety governance of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers and effectively promote the common jump of the overall work safety level and economic level of the supply chain.The proposal of the strategy has a strong theoretical basis and scientific,in order to effectively promote the core enterprises to participate in the cultivation and implementation of work safety governance behavior of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers.The main innovation of this dissertation is to put forward a new idea to study the work safety governance of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of supply chain and use a variety of scientific methods to study the driving mechanism and evolution of core enterprises participating in safety governance behavior of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers.The series of research conclusions of this dissertation improve the research category and framework for core enterprises to participate in the field of work safety governance of small and mediumsized manufacturing suppliers to a certain extent.At the same time,it also puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for driving core enterprises to actively and effectively participate in work safety governance of small and medium-sized manufacturing suppliers.It provides a novel strategy design perspective and scientific implementation path for improving the work safety level of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and promoting the overall safety and high-quality development of the supply chain.
