| With the increasingly prominent contradiction between economic development and environmental protection and social responsibility, green supply chain supporting sustainable development has attracted more and more attention from small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and the government. At present, there are some problems in the research of green supply chain, such as the simplification of model, the simplification of transportation mode, the uncertainty of partner selection, and the inaccuracy of index weight factor.A new model of green supply chain with transfer is proposed, which considers carbon emission, water pollution, noise pollution, transportation time, transportation cost, transportation distance and accident rate. The model introduces the upstream and downstream transfer stations as the hub between distributors and customers, and improves the transportation mode to horizontal and vertical collaborative transportation, and uses a variety of transportation modes for transportation. In order to solve the problems of unclear partner selection and inaccurate weight factor measurement, the K-NN algorithm is used for the initial preprocessing. After filtering out the poor candidate partners, the second selection of decision tree algorithm is carried out,and finally the future cooperative partners are determined.Secondly, the composite weight method is used to deal with the weight factors. The composite weight method integrates ID3 and AHP algorithm. The method optimizes AHP with strong subjectivity and ID3 algorithm with strong objectivity. Finally, the average weight value of each index is comprehensively evaluated. Finally, the paper compares the traditional green supply chain model without transshipment with the green supply chain model of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises with transit. The experimental results show that, after considering the dual location and collaborative transportation mode, the composite weight method has higher calculation efficiency, more accurate weight factor calculation and better solution quality It is better than the single weight factor calculation method. There are 35 Figures,25 Tables and 67 References in this paper. |
