Intergenerational Inheritance And Evolution Of Daqing Entrepreneurial Spirit Under Collective Memory

The Daqing Oil Battle in the 1960 s cultivated and shaped the Daqing spirit with "patriotism,entrepreneurship,truth-seeking and dedication",General Secretary Xi Jinping fully affirmed the outstanding contribution of Daqing Oilfield in the congratulatory letter on the 60 th anniversary of Daqing Oilfield.Daqing spirit and iron man spirit have become an important part of the great spirit of the Chinese nation.As the essence of Daqing spirit,Daqing entrepreneurial spirit shows the outstanding cultural genes of the Chinese nation and the spirit of the CPC and the working class to work hard and make progress.This paper presents the life history of three generations of oilfield workers through oral history research.Through their collective memory built in production and life,it clarifies the shaping process of Daqing spirit,especially the study of inheritance logic and path,and presents the discipline of entrepreneurial spirit on the values and action practice of the petroliferous group under the era and social change.This study delves into the inheritance and evolution of the entrepreneurial spirit of Daqing,and further explores how the Daqing spirit maintains its strong historical value and spiritual strength in different historical periods and development stages.Through field investigation,this study found that petroleum people in different historical periods showed intergenerational differences in memory patterns under the influence of social and historical development: during the arduous entrepreneurial period of Daqing Oilfield,the 1-generation petroleum people were faced with a difficult situation of internal and external troubles,and their physical memory of hard struggle and entrepreneurial memory of dedication to the country created deep feelings and nostalgia for the oilfield;during the heyday of oilfield development,the second generation of oil workers are enjoying the most brilliant era in their memory in 1 aspects,and 1 have also experienced the painful reform memory in the process of state-owned enterprise reform;in the period of sustainable development of oil fields,the third generation of oil workers are facing severe and fierce market competition,seeking technological innovation and expanding overseas market innovation memory in the inevitable fate of resource-based state-owned enterprises.The historical situation of different times has shaped different memory patterns and contents.This study forms a vivid "life text" from the oral memory of three generations of employees in Daqing Oilfield and the comparison of literature,which tells the touching stories of each era in the historical development track of enterprises and countries.This study uses the tracing of collective memory and the research method of oral history to re-understand the construction and integration of Daqing entrepreneurial spirit in the memory narration of individual and society.From experience to the generation of a complete spiritual culture system depends on the double direction of practical logic and power logic.Daqing’s entrepreneurial spirit originates from the generation of production practical experience,forms institutionalized rules in the summary,extraction and generalization of authority level,and is spontaneously internalized by the group into the values,ideologies and norms of behavior followed by individuals.And in the practice of continuous integration and continuation.Under the grand background of reform and opening up and social transformation,Daqing Oilfield has experienced a series of changes starting from the reform of state-owned enterprises and market-oriented transformation.The reorganization and transformation of enterprises and the rise of individualism orientation have caused the impact of multiculturalism on the inheritance of traditional entrepreneurship and values.By means of tradition continuation,technology embedding and value remodeling,etc.Forming a spiritual inheritance from entrepreneurship to reform.In the context of social transformation,individual cultural identity and intrinsic values are constantly updated in the process of multi-culture and selection.Due to factors such as education,experience and social environment,intergenerational ambivalence in values,discourse system and life style leads to reverse personnel flow in the third generation of oil workers,which increases the difficulty of internalizing traditional values and poses challenges to the inheritance of entrepreneurial spirit in the new generation of oil workers.Through combing the cultural characteristics and inheritance logic of Daqing’s entrepreneurial spirit,this study forms a multi-mechanism interaction with innovation and development,value dependence,explicit promotion and implicit integration as the inheritance logic.By constructing a multi-dimensional path of cultural intergenerational inheritance,guided by traditional cultural theories and core values,the cultural ideology infiltration of the country’s presence is formed,and the institutionalized design such as model shaping and mentoring system is shaped as a group habit.By using the family primary social group constructed in the oil field as a positive influence,the entrepreneurial spirit is internalized into the individual’s ideological consciousness and behavior tendency,solidification is a long-term mechanism for cultural intergenerational inheritance.From the perspective of intergenerational inheritance,in the inheritance and evolution of the times,the cultural characteristics of entrepreneurship are integrated with the specific practices of the development and construction of oil fields,forming a transition from "cultural value"-oriented to "market demand"-oriented.The inheritance and evolution of Daqing’s entrepreneurial spirit in the three generations of oilmen are in the same line.Starting from the hard entrepreneurial spirit of the first generation of oilmen,from the reform and opening spirit of the second generation of oilmen to the modern spirit and world outlook of the third generation of technological innovation and going to the world,the modern evolutionary strategy of entrepreneurial spirit and the inheritance and innovation of entrepreneurial spirit have been shaped.Although the content of "patriotism,entrepreneurship,truth-seeking and dedication" contained in Daqing spirit has different emphasis in different times,its spiritual characteristics are interrelated and complementary,and have been continuously inherited,enriched and innovated in the process of practice.This thesis fully affirming the collectivist orientation of Daqing spirit,affirming reasonable individual interests and individual values on the basis of fully mobilizing individual initiative,so that Daqing Spirit can be further integrated into the modernization and development in accordance with the requirements of objective environment and times,and insisting on the unity of The Times,regularity and creativity.It has enriched the practical and theoretical horizons of Chinese modernization.This thesis discusses the intergenerational inheritance logic and path of Daqing’s entrepreneurial spirit,and further reflects on the practical problems and challenges in the shaping and inheritance of spiritual inheritance.Through the review and presentation of the shaping and inheritance of Daqing entrepreneurial spirit,the author hopes to explore the effective mechanism for the development and inheritance of Daqing entrepreneurial spirit in the dynamic mutual construction between the individual life history of oil man and the change of social times.By focusing on the process of individual life history and connecting collective memory and collective identity,the organization changes in Daqing oilfield development and construction and the multi-dimensional shaping and inheritance of Daqing entrepreneurial spirit from micro to macro are demonstrated through the interaction between individuals and The Times.In addition,through the discussion of the generational differences between the three generations of Daqing oil men,it is helpful to explore how tradition and modernization organically combine with each other,to mold new national spirit in the creative transformation and
