Recently,environmental pollution issues such as global warming and resource depletion caused by excessive used of fossil fuels have become an economic and social issue of world concern.Low-carbon sustainable development has become an economic and social issue of world concern.In 2018,China’s carbon emissions ranked first in the world,accounting for 28%of the global total,and per capita carbon emissions were also higher than the global average.The Chinese government attaches great importance to environmental issues such as energy conservation and emission reduction.Low-carbon economy is the foundation of low-carbon innovation,and low-carbon innovation promotes the development of low-carbon economy.The implementation and promotion of low-carbon innovation will have a radiation effect on the extensive economic growth mode with high investment and high growth.This will accelerate the process of low-carbon development of economy and society."Low carbon"and "innovation" are the driving forces of sustainable economic transformation and development,which can promote the unified development of economy,society and environment.The development of low-carbon innovation not only requires the innovation actors to have independent low-carbon innovation ability,but also forms a low-carbon innovation network with universities,scientific research institutions,intermediary financial institutions and so on.It is pointed out in the "14th five year plan" that enterprises should strengthen the dominant position of enterprises in innovation and promote the agglomeration of various innovation elements,promote the in-depth cooperative innovation of industrial chain and Industry University Research Institute,and realize the improvement of the overall efficiency of innovation system.Therefore,the systematic research of low-carbon innovation network is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the ecological transformation and upgrading of China’s industrial structure and economic model.Based on the social network theory,this study takes the low-carbon innovation network as the research object,takes promoting the development of low-carbon innovation network as the goal,constructs the research framework of low-carbon innovation network mechanism and innovation efficiency evaluation.Combined with empirical analysis,this paper discusses the mechanism and efficiency evaluation of low-carbon innovation network based on social network theory.Finally,the paper puts forward the development strategy of low-carbon innovation network,which provides theoretical basis and practical reference for innovation subject to break low-carbon barriers and cultivate sustainable competitive advantage.First,this paper determines the theoretical framework of the research on the mechanism and innovation efficiency evaluation of low-carbon innovation network based on social network.Based on the analysis of the existing research on low-carbon innovation network,this paper defines the connotation,characteristics and innovation actors of low-carbon innovation network.On the basis of the research context of "introducing questions,analyzing questions and solving problems",the paper constructs the theoretical framework of the mechanism and innovation efficiency evaluation of low-carbon innovation network based on social network,interprets the contents involved,and analyzes the logical relationship between the research contents.Secondly,this paper clarifies the formation of low-carbon innovation network based on social network theory.This paper analyzes the formation motivation of low-carbon innovation network,analyzes the formation mechanism of low-carbon innovation network from three levels of vertical organization,horizontal organization and industry university research organization,and explores the formation process of low-carbon innovation network.Using the patent cooperation application data,this paper constructs a low-carbon innovation network based on the new energy enterprise industry,and measures the network structure,network relationship,actor’s characteristics and network characteristics of the low-carbon innovation network based on the new energy enterprise industry through the social network analysis method.Thirdly,this paper explores the mechanism of low-carbon innovation network based on social network theory.From the overall perspective of social network,this paper constructs a conceptual model of the mechanism of low-carbon innovation network.Combined with the classical scale items and existing research,the results show that network structure,network relationship and knowledge symbiosis have a significant positive effect on low-carbon innovation network,and organizational heterogeneity and capability heterogeneity have an inverted U-shaped effect on low-carbon innovation network;Target heterogeneity and low carbon innovation network have negative effects;Knowledge symbiosis plays a partial mediating role between network relationship and low-carbon innovation network.Knowledge symbiosis can significantly regulate the inverted U-shaped effect of organizational heterogeneity and capability heterogeneity on low-carbon innovation network.Fourthly,this paper reveals the evolution mechanism of low-carbon innovation network based on social network theory.It is the premise of the follow-up research that the actor of low-carbon innovation network continues to adopt cooperative strategy.The evolutionary game model of low-carbon innovation network is constructed to describe the decision-making interaction mechanism between the actors.Using the social network theory,transaction cost theory and evolutionary game theory,taking the scale-free social network as the evolution carrier,the evolution trend and steady state of low-carbon innovation network with different parameters are simulated by numerical simulation.Fifthly,this paper constructs a low-carbon innovation network efficiency evaluation index system and evaluation model based on social network theory.From the input level,output level and environment level of low-carbon innovation network,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of low-carbon innovation network efficiency,puts forward the J-SBM Three-stage DEA comprehensive evaluation method to construct the evaluation model of low-carbon innovation network efficiency,and evaluates the low-carbon innovation network efficiency of China’s manufacturing industry.Finally,this paper puts forward the development strategy of low-carbon innovation network based on social network theory,corresponding to the research results of each part of this paper,based on the whole process of the development of low-carbon innovation network,puts forward the development strategy of low-carbon innovation network from three aspects of network structure,network relationship and external environment,and provides reference for the strategic decision of low-carbon enterprises in low-carbon innovation network and the policy of relevant government departments It can be used for reference. |
