Recently,with the fast development of the global economy and the increasing improvement of people’s living standards,the excessive exploitation and utilization of fossil fuels,resulting in resource depletion and greenhouse effect,have attracted great attention from governments and academic circles.The Chinese government has put forward the "Made in China 2025" action plan,the new development concept of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,and the strategic goals of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality".Low-carbon innovation is an important way to deal with climate change,reduce carbon emissions and realize low-carbon economy.However,the low-carbon innovation behavior of a single agent is not enough to cope with the increasingly complex market demand and the challenges of scientific and technological research and development,and it is difficult to meet all the knowledge and technology required for low-carbon innovation.Therefore,low-carbon innovation gradually develops from linear to multi-agent collaborative interaction of low-carbon innovation network mode.How collaborative innovation agents in the low-carbon innovation network can give full play to their advantages,reduce the cost of low-carbon innovation,improve the utilization of innovation resources,and promote the development of low-carbon innovation is becoming a hot topic for researchers at home and abroad.Based on this,this thesis takes low-carbon innovation network as the background,studies the interaction relationship of multi-agent collaborative innovation,knowledge transfer mechanism,decision-making mechanism and evaluation mechanism,and puts forward the multi-agent collaborative innovation promotion strategy of low-carbon innovation network.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,study the interaction relationship of multi-agent collaborative innovation of low-carbon innovation network.Through sorting out the existing research results and practical research,the core and support agents in the low-carbon innovation network and the interaction between the core and support agents are determined.From both internal and external perspectives,this thesis analyzes driving force of multi-agent collaborative innovation of low-carbon innovation network.Then,this thesis constructs that the multi-agent collaborative innovation mechanism of low-carbon innovation network consists of knowledge transfer mechanism,decision-making mechanism,and evaluation mechanism,and analyzes the interrelationship between the mechanisms.Secondly,study the knowledge transfer mechanism of multi-agent collaborative innovation of low-carbon innovation network.From the perspective of system dynamics,this thesis describes the forward and reverse knowledge transfer process between academic institutions and enterprises in the low-carbon innovation network,constructs the causal relationship model and system flow diagram of the impact of five factors on knowledge transfer between academic institutions and enterprises,including transfer behavior,knowledge characteristics,transfer context,knowledge integration ability,and consumer participation,and conducts simulation and sensitivity analysis on the model.The research shows that the forward knowledge transfer of multi-agent collaborative innovation of low-carbon innovation network is more sensitive to the change of five factors than the reverse knowledge transfer,and the order of influence of the five factors on knowledge transfer from high to low is consumer participation,transfer context,knowledge characteristics,transfer behavior,and knowledge integration ability.Among them,consumer participation,transfer behavior and knowledge integration ability have a positive impact,and service customization in consumer participation has a more significant impact on knowledge transfer.The trust degree and organizational distance in the transfer situation have a positive and negative impact respectively,and the trust degree has a more significant impact on knowledge transfer.The negative influence of knowledge characteristics is more obvious in the process of forward knowledge transfer.Thirdly,study the decision-making mechanism of multi-agent collaborative innovation of low-carbon innovation network.The evolution game model of low-carbon collaborative innovation decision-making among the government,enterprises and academic institutions is constructed,and the evolution and stability strategies of the three parties are obtained under different circumstances.The numerical simulation method is used to analyze the impact of cost sharing coefficient,benefit distribution coefficient,government incentive and default penalty parameters on the evolution results of the three-party low-carbon collaborative innovation decision-making.The research shows that the changes of cost sharing coefficient,benefit distribution coefficient,government incentive and default penalty under different conditions have different effects on the evolution of low-carbon collaborative innovation of the government,enterprises and academic institutions.Generally,the government will choose to participate in low-carbon collaborative innovation;setting reasonable cost sharing coefficient and benefit distribution coefficient is conducive to the selection of enterprises and academic institutions for low-carbon collaborative innovation;different government incentive mechanisms have different effects on enterprises and academic institutions;enterprises are more sensitive to default penalty.Fourthly,study the evaluation mechanism of multi-agent collaborative innovation of low-carbon innovation network.The evaluation index system of multi-agent collaborative innovation of low-carbon innovation network is constructed from four aspects:collaborative innovation input,collaborative innovation cooperation,collaborative innovation output,and collaborative innovation auxiliary conditions.This thesis constructs a new intuitionistic fuzzy entropy based on the special function,and proves the validity of this entropy.Then,the weight of each evaluation index is determined by using the subjective and objective weighting method combined with analytic hierarchy process and entropy method.After that,the intuition-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and rank the multi-agent collaborative innovation of low-carbon innovation network of 13 provinces(municipalities)in five typical regions,namely Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta,Yangtze River Middle Reaches,Pearl River Delta,and Chengdu-Chongqing.Finally,based on the research on the interaction relationship,knowledge transfer mechanism,decision-making mechanism and evaluation mechanism of multi-agent collaborative innovation of low-carbon innovation network,this thesis proposes the promotion strategy of multi-agent collaborative innovation of low-carbon innovation network from the perspective of the core agent,the support agent,and the interaction between the core and support agent.It is expected to provide decision support and useful reference for the managers of relevant national departments to formulate low-carbon innovation policies,and contribute to further promoting the development of low-carbon economy.
