| Oil transfer pump unit is the main equipment of crude oil collection and transmission production process.According to the requirements of oil-field production safety,it is urgent to build the real-time operating status monitoring and fault diagnosis system of the oil transfer pump unit.In recent years,equipment fault diagnosis technology based on vibration signal has been widely used in engineering.But vibration measurement is a contact measurement,which limits its development to some extent.At present,the contactless measurement method by using acoustic detection technology has gradually been focus on the research in the field of mechanical equipment health management and fault diagnosis.This paper systematically studies the mechanical equipment health status analysis method and the standard of fault diagnosis for oil transfer pump unit by adopting the method of theoretical with experimental simulation.It takes the whole operating noise of the oil transfer pump unit as the object of study depending on the characteristic spectrum distribution of oil transfer pump unit,relative proportion of amplitude and its sound level importance coefficient.The purpose is to explore a new method for fault diagnosis of oil transfer pump unit based on operating noise analysis.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Starting with the composition and working principle analysis of oil transfer pump unit,a method for identifying and extracting noise source is established by means of time-domain analysis,frequency-domain analysis,and sound-level analysis;This paper systematically studies the production mechanism of aerodynamic noise,electromagnetic noise,liquid-dynamic noise and mechanical noise of the oil transfer pump unit;A 3-step mathematical characterization model is proposed to describe the relationship between the viscosity and the corresponding water content of crude oil.The effect of crude oil viscosity on the liquid-dynamic noise characteristics of the oil transfer pump unit is studied by using the ANSYS Fluent simulation.(2)According to the near-field aliasing effect of multiple point sound sources,the formation mechanism and characteristics of the whole operating noise of the oil transfer pump unit are systematically analyzed;Through the analysis a large number of data samples of the whole operating noise of the oil transfer pump unit collected in the production site,a optimized mathematical model is constructed for describing the acoustic characteristics of centrifugal pump and motor.The sound pressure level distribution of the oil transfer pump unit is reconstructed by using the 3 D sound field simulation which basing on Lab VIEW technology.An optimization scheme on near-field acquisition locations for the whole operating noise data of oil transfer pump unit is proposed.(3)Combined with the health status analysis and typical faults diagnosis of the oil transfer pump unit.The paper systematically analysis the generation mechanism of faults and its noise variation characteristics;Author focus on the identification and extraction method of typical fault and abnormal noise characteristics of oil transfer pump units,and thus determine the healthy operation status analysis method and fault determination standard of oil transfer pump unit.The classification and discrimination of 13 typical faults of the oil pump unit are realized.The method of identifying and extracting the additional noise features of typical faults is established,and the relationship between additional noise features and fault states is constructed.The characteristics of nonlinear dynamic additional noise of crude oil fluid and the identification and filtering method of environmental background noise are determined,and the acoustic characteristic description model of motor and centrifugal pump are optimized.(4)This paper systematically study the information collection and analysis method of whole operating noise of an oil transfer pump unit based on Lab VIEW virtual instrument technology.Author focus on the positioning and detection algorithm of the oil transmission pump unit as a far-field point sound source.The fault diagnosis method of oil pump is proposed,which combines the long-term location of noise with the near-field acquisition and analysis of a single unit operation to realize the equipment health management and fault diagnosis of oil pumping unit equipment. |
