| Rotating equipment is an important part in the production and operation of petrochemical industry,It can transport materials、provide power、produce products、increase pressure etc,The medium it transports has the characteristics of high temperature,high pressure,inflammable,explosive,toxic and harmful,Once a fault occurs,it will bring economic loss and safety and environmental protection accidents,Therefore,the research on fault diagnosis of rotating equipment is particularly important.This paper takes the rotating equipment of ethylene plant of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company as the research object,The test platform is used to study the fault condition monitoring of rotating equipment,So as to provide a theoretical basis for the fault diagnosis of rotating equipment.According to the statistics of rotating equipment faults in ethylene plant,Use BH550 diagnostic instrument to monitor the faults of rotating equipment offline,According to the vibration signal generated by rotating equipment failure,The fault diagnosis method based on vibration analysis is adopted,It can obtain the fault information of rotating equipment completely and accurately in a short time.The results of this study are as follows:(1)Through literature search,This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign technical achievements of rotating equipment fault diagnosis based on vibration analysis,It is concluded that condition monitoring based on vibration analysis method is more effective for fault diagnosis of rotating equipment in ethylene plant;(2)According to the spot inspection and monitoring of class B equipment in ethylene plant,Using the equipment management system,Statistical analysis of class B equipment problems,The results show that bearing fault and rotor unbalance fault account for the most.(3)Build test platform,Use acceleration sensor and BH550 diagnostic instrument to monitor vibration map,By comparing and analyzing the fault characteristics of the atlas,The general rules of setting analysis frequency and analysis line number in the plant are obtained.This study shows that,According to the general rule of analysis frequency and analysis line number setting,Use BH550 diagnostic instrument to collect vibration map,Time domain waveform 、 frequency spectrum、vibration trend、envelope and other vibration analysis methods are used,Fault diagnosis shall be carried out for the equipment based on the equipment structure,maintenance,operation process and other factors,The fault diagnosis of rotating equipment in ethylene plant can be realized successfully. |
