Crude oil gathering and transportation is an important link in oil field exploitation.As the key equipment in the process of crude oil gathering and transportation,oil pump unit is mainly composed of motor,centrifugal pump and coupling.In the actual operation of the unit,a series of noises are usually generated due to the mechanical structure vibration of the body and the high-speed movement of loaded crude oil under high pressure.Although noise is harmful signal,it often contains important information about the operation of equipment.The in-depth study on the noise characteristics of oil pump unit is helpful to find the method to reduce noise from the root,and also provides a new idea for the diagnosis of oil pump operation status.The crude oil produced and transported in different field environments often has different physical properties.It has become a hot topic to explore the influence of crude oil medium on the noise of oil pump unit.In addition,the noise information measured in different monitoring positions is also different.It is also important to analyze the dominant frequency of noise at different position intervals of motor centrifugal pump for the whole noise analysis of oil pump unit.This research mainly includes four research contents.First,starting from the overall structure and operation principle of the oil pump unit,all types of possible noise and generation mechanism are analyzed,and the noise of the oil pump unit is classified according to different angles.Second,aiming at two independent noise sources,motor and centrifugal pump,the mathematical model is constructed according to the different types of noise generated,and the characteristic frequency is found to measure the noise type through the noise generation mechanism,and the noise is described more deeply by the characteristic frequency.Third,based on ANSYS Fluent software for centrifugal pump simulation experiment,by changing the temperature,moisture content,viscosity and other parameters,analyze the main factors affecting noise.The results show that viscosity is a direct factor affecting the flow field and noise in the oil pump.Fourthly,the Lab VIEW software is used as a platform to build a noise acquisition and analysis system to collect and analyze the on-site noise samples of the oil pump,and explore the main frequency points and values of the amplitude of the noise sound pressure through the single-frequency information extraction technology.The results show that the dynamic noise is the dominant noise in the operation of the oil pump unit.The extraction error of characteristic frequency points is 1.36%.The analysis of the field noise signal by the system is real and reliable.
