| With the development of science and technology, the world economy has undergone great changes, and the previous economic pattern dominated by agricultural economy and industrial economy is changing to the era of knowledge economy. The development of agricultural economy has also changed from the previous labor-intensive and resource-intensive structure to the knowledge-intensive structure. That is to say, anyone who has knowledge capital can grasp the initiative in the future agricultural economic development. With the rapid development of knowledge economy, intellectual capital has become the key resource for the progress of knowledge economy and the scarce resource in the development of agricultural economy today.Knowledge economy and intellectual capital have made people have a new understanding of the mode of agricultural economy development. The improvement of the competitiveness of agricultural economy has not only relied on resources, labor and other factors, but also intellectual capital has become the key to promote the progress of modern agriculture. With the innovation of intellectual capital, the agricultural economy has also changed in a huge way.On the basis of the theory of human capital and economic growth theory, regional economic development and free organization theory, the paper studies the influence of intellectual capital on agricultural economy in the central region by using the methods of literature analysis and empirical.First, intellectual capital is divided into human capital, structural capital, relationship capital and innovative capital. The relationship between each dimension and the development of agricultural economy was introduced. Then, the evaluation system of intellectual capital in the central region was constructed and the intellectual capital of each region was divided. The agricultural economic development level was measured using the entropy TOPSIS model, and finally the gray correlation model empirical analyzed the influence of intellectual capital in the central region.First, the assessment of the development level of intellectual capital in six central provinces shows that the overall assessment results of intellectual capital are hubei,Shanxi,Henan,Jiangxi,Anhui and Hunan in descending order.Shanxi has the highest human capital score and Anhui the lowest.Shanxi has the highest structural capital score, while Hunan has the lowest. The relationship capital is highest in Hubei province and lowest in Hunan province. The innovation ability is highest in Hubei province and lowest in Shanxi Province.Secondly, cluster analysis is used to divide the level of intellectual capital investment in central China. The first category includes Hubei province and Shanxi Province, which have relatively high comprehensive level of intellectual capital and are the focus of the development of the central region. The second category includes Henan,Anhui and Jiangxi, whose comprehensive level of intellectual capital is in the middle level. These provinces need to be given certain policy preference and strong support by the government. In the third category, hunan province is the only province. The comprehensive level of intellectual capital in this category is relatively low, especially the investment in structural capital and relational capital is far from that in other provinces, which needs more attention.Thirdly,TOPSIS method and factor analysis method are used to calculate the overall and local agricultural economic development level in central China. The local measurement results show that the six provinces in the central region have the following agricultural economic development scores in descending order: Hubei,Shanxi,Henan,Anhui,Jiangxi, and Hunan. This is consistent with the ranking results of intellectual capital evaluation in six provinces in central China, which shows that there is a certain internal correlation between intellectual capital and agricultural economic development level. From the measurement results of the overall agricultural economic development level in the central region, the agricultural economic development level in the Ministry of Agriculture fluctuated in 2019 and 2020,but showed an overall trend of annual growth from 2011 to 2020.Fourthly,on the basis of contribution rate thinking, this paper uses Cobb-Douglas production function to construct the relation function between intellectual capital and agricultural economic development. The regression results show that both the logarithm of capital input and the logarithm of labor input have a significant positive impact on the logarithm of agricultural economic development.Fifthly,on the basis of the production relation function, the sensitivity coefficient is used to construct a one-variable linear function and a quadratic function, and the sensitivity of agricultural economic development to intellectual capital in central China is analyzed by point elasticity. Two regression equation models both show a significant positive correlation between intellectual capital and agricultural economic growth, that is,as the investment of intellectual capital increases, the level of agricultural economic development will improve correspondingly. The larger the stock of intellectual capital is,the higher the level of agricultural economic development will be.Sixthly, the relationship between intellectual capital and agricultural economic development is analyzed from four dimensions of human capital, relational capital, structural capital and innovation ability by using grey correlation degree method. These four factors have strong correlation to agricultural economic development in central China.Among them, the correlation degree of human capital, relational capital and structural capital in the central region is not much different, while the correlation degree of innovation capacity investment and agricultural economic development is significantly higher than that of human capital, relational capital and structural capital, which indicates that in the improvement of agricultural economic development level from the perspective of intellectual capital investment,it is the key to improve the innovation input of intellectual capital investment in central China. |
