At present, the study of agricultural circular economy is still a new field, which has not yet appear in the charm of the agricultural development in the improvement of efficiency, increase efficiency and protect the ecological environment, the important reason is that it has not formed a good research orientation. The agricultural circular economy development of central region in China is slow, agricultural resource allocation tension, ecological environmental capacity continued to reduce, the important reason is there has not been formed a good positioning and development platform. Therefore, this thesis chooses the " research of agricultural circular economy development strategy of central region in China " as the theme, use the theory of circulation economy to analyze the present situation, restricting factors and strategic way of the agricultural circulation economy development of central region in China. The thesis discussed the agricultural circular economy concept, characteristic, principle and operation mechanism firstly; The theoretical basis of agricultural circular economy are introduced, mainly including the theories of circular economy, ecological environment, agricultural modernization, sustainable development and the cycle of Marx economic thought.
