Thinking On Development Of Recycling Economy In Central Region Of China

Since 1990, shortages of resource and ecological problem have become two important factors influencing sustainable development of economy. Under this circumstance, the strategy of sustainable development increasingly is seen as strategy of development. Some countries are developing circular economy, and they see building circular economy as an important route and style of realizing sustainable development. In our country, this strategy is still primitive stage, developing circular economy and changing our traditional linear economy are important routes of realizing sustainable development. At present, central region shows the lower level of development than eastern china in the whole economic frame, and slower pace of development than western china. Faced with it, the center government put forward the strategy that growth of central region should be played on the level of country's economic aspect. How central region grows up is the necessary topic deeply discussed. If it still walks at the price of greatly exhausting resources, seriously polluting environment, and destroying ecologic environment, in addition to follow wide-expansive frame of developing economy, resource and environment will not be in a position to support rapid development, so, in order to let central region grow up, we must adopt circular economy, completely change unilateral-streaming traditional economy "resource -product -rubbish", and realize "resource-product-rubbish-of resource of rebirth", circular economy. And walk a industrialized way, which is of high technology, good benefits, low resource exhaustion, little pollution, greatly exerted human resources, and can cooperate social economy and environmental resource. Circular economy is an important content and point, and also is a necessary choice of realizing central region's growth and guarantee economic good and quick development.Under these circumstances, how to develop circular economy of central region is discussed in order to have some advice about research of theories and practice. The essay, firstly, through knowing circular economy in theory and analyzing it in meaning, secondly comparing it with traditional economy, finally points out superiority of circular economy. On this basis, conclusion is made that promoting economic development is determined by the stage of economic development and challenge of environmental resource. From it, we can conclude developing circular economy is our strategic choice. Some developed countries as German, Japan and America have paced into recycling society, at the same time, in our country, some practical experience can be followed, which give central region some advice. Through analyzing the current situation and superiority and inferiority, necessity and urgency of developing circular economy are pointed out, and through learning and using foreign experience for reference, besides the basis of theories of experts' research on this economic frame, how to develop circular economy of central region is put forward conclusively in this essay.
