With the development of computer technology and network technology, limitations of region and space for manufacturing are breaken through. The future development of manufacturing must be networking, globalization and digitization.The bellwether formed by Dongfang Electric Corporation and China Erzhong Group Co. is driving more than1470supporting manufacturing firms gathering here, and Sichuan Deyang is one of most concentrated area for great technology equipment manufacturing and is China Great Technology Equipment Manufacturing Industry Base,In Deyang manufacturing, Large-Sized Enterprises (LSE) generally are the exploiters and pilot leaders to apply advanced technology due to their sufficient and powerful R&D fund and team, therefore, it is no problem for them to apply informatization platform (IP). Though Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMSE) are high ratio in manufacturing, a lot of shotages, however, are occurrenced in most of them. The mian shortages are as fellow: information blanketing, fall behinding technique, talent laching, finace deficiting and so on, which make the information sharing, resource using and technology communication hindrance among the enterprises. In current, most of the SMSE only are the suppliers of work parts and components assembly for the LSE, communications and synergisms between up-stream and down-stream of supply chain, however, need to be carried out in the process of product design. Product design discuss between system maker and mating maker is mainly in the machine parts assembly based on mating component, therefore, R&D progress of product is extremely affected, and not only the R&D time is extended, but also the product cost is increased. That makes manufacturing develop speed slow, and there is not superiority in globalization competition. IP integral level of our manufacturing, therefore, needs to be advanced urgently. Establish of synergism-innovation platform for SMSE becomes certain tendency.Firstly, the technology application existing states of information platform constructions, synergism design, agile manufacture, online service and so on in Deyang LSE and SMSE are widely investigated in this thesis. Aimed at real activity and future develop goal of Deyang manufacturing, construction of production service IP for Deyang Heavy Equipment Manufacturing (DHEM) cluster is proposed based on the ideal of innovation edifice construction. In this way, industry chain can be organized ordinately, and the ideal and frame edfice of production service informatization platform with Deyang terrain feature for DHEM can be formed; Concepts of digitized synergism design, nimble manufacture and consultancy service for manufacturing cluster are proposed, and dynamic working process model is established. The model can be full life cycle of product (Certain of project plan-Product design-Product manufacture-Installation and trial run-Product selling-Service after sale-Operation-Dicard), and it can also be some technological process (such as procedure sendout deal); Based on modern network communication technology and computer aided technology, enhancing the information soft integration among SMSE manufacturing cluster, informing the enterprise association among DHEM, realizing information integrations at same place online and between two places in defferent time, so that the increase of inclucivity and expansibility for mechanical equipment manufacturing chain can be supplied; According to the thinking of government-enterprise-school-institute integration, innovate servise mode is proposed. This mode makes each resource (enterprise, department or device) act as different role in different project model, and also has different task meanwhile and need to carry though intercoordination and data management; Establishing synergy innovate system and machanism, realizing resource integration and complementeach other’s advantages between research institutes and manufacture firm cluster, therefore, technical support, servive advisory and diagnosis&maintain for on line remote design, manufacture and management can be provided。In the end, the prime construct achievenments of production service informatization platform for DHEM cluster are introduced. The project summary and future development outlook of production service IP for DHEM cluster are also carried through.
