Research On The Technology Selection Of New Urbanization In China

Academic circles generally believe that the urbanization is an inevitable historical process,it is the only way to achieve modernization in developing countries,at present,the practice of urbanization in our country appears many contradictions and conflicts,it needs to constantly practice,constantly summed up the new theory,which guides the next practice.Therefore,the theoretical research of new-type urbanization is of great theoretical significance for the practice of new-type urbanization.The new type of urbanization needs technical support,and some technologies are crucial to the realization of the new urbanization goal and the practical contradiction of urbanization.Therefore,technological choice is needed.Technology choice should not only from a technical system itself to the development of logical thinking,also need to applying the viewpoints of social constructivism,from different angles,such as politics,economy,society and culture to evaluate.Therefore,this research for science,technology and society(STS)research has theoretical significance and practical value.New urbanization technology selection,need starting from the connotation of the new urbanization,find out the new requirements of new urbanization,new goals,how to determine the technical support to achieve the goal of the new.The new type of urbanization is the urbanization with the basic characteristics of urban-rural integration,urban-rural integration,industrial interaction,conservation,ecological livable and harmonious development.The emphasis is on the urban-rural integration and rural urbanization process,not the urbanization of large and medium-sized cities.The main purpose is to realize the urbanization of population and solve the problem of coordinated development between urban and rural areas.The highest goal is to realize the disappearance of the urban-rural dualization,and the rural and urban areas have no difference(to provide the people with the same quality of is the knowledge,power and discourse,the soft programming technology of truth.With green building technology as the main body of green technology system also includes energy saving,water saving,harmless,such as technology,form a whole system of ecological technology,to satisfy the value of the ecological environment of green standards implementation.The intelligent technology runs through the process of urbanization,and integrates with urban comprehensive planning technology and green environmental technology.The application of intelligent technology will effectively improve the intelligent planning,intelligent construction,intelligent management and intelligent life of the new type of urbanization,achieve the optimal allocation of resources and realize the value of efficacy.Finally,taking the new urbanization development of Liaoyang county in Liaoyang city as an example,this paper discusses the practice of technology selection in the process of new-type urbanization.This paper puts forward the key technology fields which are led by three technologies,is one of the feasible path support the new urbanization,analyzes the state of technology development ought to be and Liaoyang county reality condition is different,so that China's new urbanization technology is still immature stage of development.
