Study On The Strategy Of The Electronic Information Enterprise Technical Standard Based On PMR Model

With the rapid development of economy and technology, technologystandards have been increasingly concerned by people. The technology standardsare becoming more and more important not only for technology itself but also foreconomy and international competition. So far the study of technical standardsstrategy is too broadly and lack of systematic and comprehensive. It is mainlyfocused on their respective areas. Recently, some scholars on technical standardsstrategy research has focused largely on the choice of strategic model, but theylack the study of strategic mode elements selection and theoretical framework.Based on earlier research, this paper decomposes technical standards strategyinto three dimensions, constructs a new technical standard elements of strategicanalysis model -- a "product-market-resource" model (PMR model). And thenexplore the assessing method of technical standard competitiveness.This paper combines theoretical methods with empirical methods, and usesthe methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. On the base ofprevious studies, and combining different aspects of the technical standards case,the paper comprehensive studies the technical standards strategy. This paper firstresearched the process of forming of technical standards, detailed analysised theinfection of the products, markets, resources for technical standards strategy.Then the author constructed the PMR technical standards model, and usedCournot modle of technical standards strategy for Game Analysis. At last, basedon the PMR modle, the paper accompanied with questionnaire surveyand AHPtoconstruct the assessing method for technology standards competitiveness of 3Gstandards. In this paper the method for assessing the standard competitiveness isbuilt to instruct the standard competition.
