The technological improvement in the area of telecommunication and the growing use of smartphones around the world has facilitated the purchase and payment transaction via mobile phone.This new method of payment provides flexibility and convenience to people in sitting out their daily activities.Currently mobile payment services have been widely applied in people's daily life.To understand the critical successful factors of mobile payment services is becoming a fundamental task.Mobile payment is a complex system and a large number of factors would affect its success.In this research,factors from trust perspectives are thoroughly studied.Since mobile payment is directly related to the financial issue,the wide adoption of mobile payment system relies heavily on the people's trust on such platform.This research developed models based on technology acceptance model(TAM)to investigate the most factors that affecting the adoption of mobile payment,and innovation diffusion theory(IDT)for investigating the factors of continuance use of mobile payment in Chia.Moreover,unified theory of acceptance and use of technology was extended for investigating the factors of mobile payment adoption,and unified theory of acceptance and use of technology two(UTAUT2)was integrated with Expectation confirmation model(ECM)to investigate the continuance use of mobile payment in Sudan by extending several factors from trust perspective.This research conducted an empirical survey,and collected four different data to investigate the adoption and continuance use of mobile payment in China and Sudan.A samples of 373 were collected using a valid questionnaire from the users of the popular payment platforms in China-Alipay and WeChat payment.The research found that government monitoring is the most significant factor of customer trust to adopt the mobile payment,followed by reputation and security.Government monitoring directly influenced behavioral intention,was negatively associated with perceived risk and positively affected behavioral intention.Moreover,mobility,subjective norms,usefulness,ease of use,and perceived enjoyment positively impacted customer's behavioral intention.From the second research obj ective and collected data the research examine if there is a significant difference between users with different genders(male and female)considering several trust construction mechanisms on m-payment platforms.The online questionnaire has been developed to collect data,and 811 valid samples were obtained from WeChat pay and Alipay customers in China.The results of the statistical analysis show that perceived security is the most important factor in users' trust.However,users'trust is negatively related to perceived risk and positively related to continuance intention.Additionally,the outcomes of the multigroup analyses indicate that the relative effects of the trust construction mechanism depend on gender.In particular,mobility and reputation have significant impacts on male users when constructing trust.Moreover,perceived securityand customization have significant influences on perceived trust for female users.Based on the third research objective and collected data we propose a model that consists of a number of factors to investigate the influencing factors of mobile payment adoption in Sudan.An online questionnaire was designed to collect data,and 453 valid samples were obtained from M-Gorooshi,Hassa,and mobile Cash customers in Sudan.The results of the statistical analysis show that technical culturation is the most significant factor of behavioral intention,followed by facilitating conditions.Additionally,the outcomes of the multi-group analyses indicate that the relative advantage of the behavioral intention depends on gender,age,and education.The fourth objective of this research aimed to explore the continuance use of mobile payment antecedents in Sudan.The numbers of 453 questionnaires were collected to test the proposed theoretical model using SEM.The results explored that,satisfaction was the most significance factor of mobile payment continuance intention usage.Interestingly,hedonic motivation and price value were found negatively influence intention use of mobile payment in Sudan.
