With the development of mobile Internet,mobile Internet applications can better meet the needs of users in the study,life and work.Internet news witnessed the migration of Internet users from PC Internet to mobile Internet,mobile news app becomes one of the main entrances of the mobile news market.The competition between mobile news apps is stiff.The influencing factors of users' usage intention are key points in the development of mobile news app.Therefore,this paper studies factors influencing users' usage intention of mobile news app.First,this paper elaborates the background and significance of the research,defines the concept of mobile news app,reviews the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the research plan from three aspects:research method,research content and research innovation.On the basis of motivation theory,information system success model,reputation and big five model of personality traits,the research model exploring influencing factors of users' usage intention of mobile news app is developed.The model includes 12 variables:product factors(information quality,system quality,service quality,reputation),personality traits(conscientiousness,extraversion,neuroticism,agreeableness,openness to new experience),external motivation(perceived usefulness),intrinsic motivation(perceived enjoyment)and usage intention.Combining with the existing theories and research results,this paper puts forward 20 hypotheses.Then,an empirical study is conducted through questionnaires and partial least squares structural equation modeling.The results show that,perceived enjoyment positively affects perceived usefulness,perceived enjoyment and perceived usefulness positively affect usage intention.Information quality,service quality and reputation positively affect perceived usefulness,but system quality does not affect perceived usefulness significantly.Service quality,system quality and reputation positively affect perceived enjoyment,but information quality does not affect perceived enjoyment significantly.Extroversion positively affects perceived usefulness.Conscientiousness,neuroticism,and agreeableness do not affect perceived usefulness significantly.Agreeableness positively affects perceived enjoyment.Conscientiousness,extroversion,and neuroticism do not affect perceived enjoyment significantly.Openness to new experience positively affects usage intention.In this paper,the research results are discussed.Finally,this paper summarizes the research conclusions obtained in the research process and analyzes the theoretical contributions of the research.It analyzes the practical contributions of the research,and puts forward some suggestions for the management practice of mobile news app.These suggestions can also be used as reference for the construction and development of other mobile news services.This paper discusses the shortcomings of the research and carries on the forecast to future research.
