| Objective:The main purpose of this research is to use the experimental method to integrate the special strength training system into the training of the experimental group,and to verify the influence and effect of the special strength training system on the performance of the Viet Nam,Khanh Hoa SANEST men’s volleyball team through comparison.As a result,more reasonable training methods and methods are designed to provide a basis for the scientific training of volleyball in Vietnam,aiming to provide a certain reference theory for the improvement of the level of volleyball in the future.Method:This article takes Khanh Hoa SANEST man volleyball player’s special strength training system as the research object.In order to complete the research task,this thesis uses the following research methods:literature method,interview method,observation method,measurement method,Delphi method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method(Experimental object:a total of 24 athletes are divided into two groups:control group:12 No.4 Corps athletes.Experimental group:12 Khanh Hoa SANEST athletes.Experiment time:one year,divided into two rounds of national championships and national sports games;the two phases are 5 months and 7 months respectively:including 2 competitions:January 13,2019 to August 8,2020 National Championships and National Games from August 10,2020 to December 31,2020.Experiment location:Khanh Hoa SANEST men’s volleyball team was trained in Khanh Hoa Province-Nha Trang City-Vinh Hai District-Khanh Hoa Sports Training Center,and the No.4 Corps Volleyball Team was trained in Binh Duong Province-Di An City-Binh Duong Training Center).Results:1.This paper selected 18 tests to evaluate the special strength of men volleyball players in Khanh Hoa SANEST and the No.4 Corps,and the results were obtained:there were no significant differences in all test indicators between the control and experimental groups before the experiment(p>0.05).In addition,the Khanh Hoa SANEST men volleyball player’s specific strength test results are compared with the specific strength standard in the"Vietnamese National Team Volleyball Player’s Specific Physical Fitness Model".The average score is only at a general level.2.The establishment and application of the special strength training system for Khanh Hoa SANEST men’s volleyball players are as follows:This study selected 88 methods for the development of special strength training for Khanli Hoa SANEST men’s volleyball players,including:20 muscle stretching exercises and 13 Restraint-practice of the concessional method,17 exercises of the barbell method,20 exercises of the light weight method,14 exercises of the Maxex method and 4 conversion exercises.3.In the National Championships and National Games,the evaluation of the effects of the Special Strength Training System of the Khanh Hoa SANEST men’s volleyball players is as follows:In the National Championships and National Games,the comparison between the Khanh Hoa SANEST Team and the No.4 Corps men’s volleyball players’ special strengths shows the results:there were significant differences in all test indicators between the control and experimental groups after the experiment(p<0.05).In addition,according to the results of the strength test,the performance of the Khanh Hoa SANEST men’s volleyball team increased significantly-This proves that the strength exercises of Khanh Hoa SANEST men’s volleyball players are effective-Conclusion:1.This article selects 18 strength tests to evaluate Khanh Hoa SANEST men’s volleyball team athletes,including:7 tests for maximum strength,8 tests for explosive power,and 3 tests for strength endurance.Before the experiment,there was no significant difference in the special strength test of male volleyball players between the Khanh Hoa SANEST team and the No.4 team which proved that the strength levels of the two teams before the experiment were similar.In addition,the Khanh Hoa SANEST men volleyball players specific strength test results are compared with the specific strength standard in the "Vietnamese National Team Volleyball Player’s Specific Physical Fitness Model".The average score is only at a general level.2.This article selected 88 scientific and systematic strength development methods,arranged the annual training plan of Khanh Hoa SANEST and approved by the leaders of Khanh Hoa Sports Training Center.The training plan is based on the purpose and requirements of each training phase and the tasks of each training phase.At the same time,based on the tasks of each stage,establish appropriate physical training methods,and establish a special strength training system based on these training methods.3.The experimental results of two cycles show that(national championships and national sports games),there is a significant difference in the specific strength between the experimental group and the control group athletes.The specific strength of the athletes in the experimental group has improved significantly,which proves that the exercise system established in this article is effective. |
