At the beginning of the 20 th century,functional training originated in the field of rehabilitation began to emerge in the field of competitive sports.Functional strength training has attracted more and more attention from foreign scholars because of its excellent results in the field of competitive sports.At the end of the 20 th century,after this emerging training method entered China,football,badminton and other items have achieved significant results in functional training.However,there is not much research on functional strength training for ordinary college girls.Therefore,this article will study the effect of functional strength training on the physical fitness of college female non-professional volleyball players.This article uses research methods such as literature,expert interviews,experiments,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis.The study was divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 10 people in each group,for a total of 8 weeks of functional strength training and traditional strength training.Finally,compare the FMS test scores,strength quality scores,speed quality scores,sensitivity quality scores and endurance quality scores of the two groups before,during and after the experiment to verify the effect of functional strength training.Concluded as follow:1.Functional strength training is better than traditional strength training in improving the balance and coordination of ordinary college volleyball players.However,for items such as trunk stability push-ups and over-the-top squats that require upper and lower limb strength,traditional strength training is more effective.2.Traditional strength training is better than functional strength training in badminton throwing and running touch test projects that reflect the strength of the upper and lower limbs,but there is no significant difference.3.The performance of functional strength training on the "V" type mobile test is better than traditional strength training and has significant differences.The performance of traditional strength training at 50 m acceleration is better than functional strength training,but there is no significant difference.4.The performance of functional strength training in the "T" type mobile test and the hexagon jump test are better than traditional strength training,but there is no significant difference.5.The test results of functional strength training at the 72-meter return run are better than traditional strength training.The traditional strength training in the 1-minute continuous high performance is better than the functional strength training method.6.Compared with traditional strength training,functional strength training can significantly improve the core strength and core stability of athletes,which directly promotes the improvement of the special quality related to speed and agility and the special quality related to core strength.However,traditional strength training is more inclined to train athletes with large muscle groups,so the impact on bouncing is greater than functional strength training.7.Functional strength training has significantly improved the physical functional movements and volleyball special qualities of ordinary college girls.It is a very effective training method for ordinary students.However,in practice,the stimulation of large muscle groups by traditional strength should be considered,so traditional strength training should be targeted in actual training.Make the following suggestions:1.Functional strength training is better than traditional strength training in improving the balance and coordination of female college volleyball players.However,for items such as trunk stability push-ups and over-the-top squats that require upper and lower limb strength,traditional strength training is more effective.During normal training,targeted exercises should be made according to the situation.2.Functional strength training can improve the professional volleyball quality of college girl volleyball players.When performing core strength training and sensitive quality training,functional strength training methods should be used more;however,if traditional strength training is appropriately added to physical training,such as weight squats that stimulate large muscle groups,there are appropriate Strength foundation and functional strength training can give better play to its unique value.In addition to speed training,the physical fitness of ordinary students who are not sports majors can develop faster.3.When performing functional strength training and traditional strength training,the special technical characteristics of volleyball,the growth and development of adolescents,and the psychological adaptability of physical education students should be fully taken into account to design training that meets the needs of girls who are not sports majors.Program.4.In the second phase of training in this experiment,as the training continues,the athlete's ability to adapt has greatly improved,and the completion of training tasks has become easier and easier.It is recommended that as the exercise continues,the training intensity can be appropriately increased in accordance with the actual situation.,This will likely make more test items reach significant differences.
