Research On The Industry Integration Development Of Sports Towns In China

Industrial integration development is an important direction in cultivating sports towns at home and abroad,it is of great significance to the sustainable and healthy development of the towns.How to explore industrial integration development mechanism based on Chinese conditions and characteristics of the towns and improve effect of industrial integration development is an urgent problem to be studied and solved in the construction of sports towns in China.The theoretical basis can be converged into the theory of industrial convergence,industrial chain,industrial cluster and innovation.This paper has used the literature material,questionnaire investigation,expert interview,case analysis and other research methods.It has mainly studied the courses,types and experiences of industrial integration development in foreign sports town and the historical process,dynamic mechanism and demand characteristic of industrial convergence development in domestic ones.At the same time,it has also analysed the evaluation system of influencing factors,industrial integration development model and put forward some countermeasures.The conclusions are as follows:1.The industrial integration development of foreign sports towns has experienced three periods.In germination and formation stage,the degree of industrial integration is low,supporting facilities are lagging and industrial chain is imperfect.In period of rapid growth,the core business forms are relatively prominent,supporting facilities are becoming increasingly perfect,and the industrial chain is relatively sound.In mature and stable period,challenges and opportunities coexist,themes and characteristics are differentiated significantly,and mechanism of interest linkage is perfect.Foreign sports towns has mainly included four different industrial integration development types,that is sports and leisure industry leading,sports goods manufacturing industry leading,sports and health industry leading,sports competition and performance industry leading.2.The industrial integration development of sports towns in China has included three stages.In the transformation and cultivation stage,the sports industry occupied a relatively low proportion,folk sports projects were the main part,and the industrial integration degree was relatively low.In the exploration and formation stage,the government attached great importance to it,the industrial chain had various types,and the interest linkage mechanism was lacking.In the stage of comprehensive development,the infrastructure was gradually improved,the integrated industry was gradually increased,and the mechanism of interest linkage was gradually formed.The driving force to promote the industrial integration of sports towns in China was mainly driven by technological innovation,government policy guidance,market demand pull and competition and cooperation among enterprises.The four factors has influenced each other and they are indispensable.3.The consumer market demand characteristics of sports towns in China are mainly young and middle-aged males,with higher education,most are mental workers and higher per capita monthly family income.Most consumers have strong awareness of sports and leisure,and recognize the role of sports and leisure,but have little understanding of sports and leisure projects.Consumers expect to improve their health,relax their body and mind,increase communication through sports and leisure.The favorite items of consumers are mountain sports,water sports and air sports,etc.Most consumers stay for a short time,spend a low amount of money,and take short personal trips on weekends.4.The evaluation system for influencing factors of industrial integration development of sports towns in China has included five first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators.Industry development guidance capital,policy support,number of enterprises and total investment,number of talents are factors of government support.The number of employees in sports industry and that in tourism industry,labor productivity in sports industry and that in tourism industry are factors of enterprise competition and cooperation.the income in sports industry and that in tourist industry,the total number of consumers and consumers' per capita consumption are factors of market demand.R&D investment and staff number are factors of technical innovation.The level of scenic spots,convenient transportation,capital investment in sports and Wi Fi network coverage are factors of industrial integration environment.5.There are three representative integration modes in sports towns in China.The vertical extension mode refers to vertical extension of sports industry chain,which is link and integration between upstream and downstream of sports industry and involves various sports industries itself.The horizontal expansion mode refers to horizontal expansion of sports industry chain,other industrial functions are added in production process of sports industry,mainly symbiosis and co-prosperity between sports industry and other industries,innovation of sports products and expansion of sports market,to meet demand of market for personalized products.Mixed and crossed mode refers to vertical extension and horizontal expansion of sports industry chain at the same time,including complementary extension of each industry of sports industry itself and functional integration between sports industry and other industries.6.In order to promote industrial integration development of sports towns in China,the following points must be done.We should strengthen guidance of planning,establish the concept of integration,pay attention to scientific and technological innovation,broaden integration development channels,strengthen government guidance and supervision,innovate integrated development mechanism.We should also adhere to the market demand orientation,foster the characteristic consumption market,strengthen enterprise exchange and cooperation,cultivate integrated leading enterprises,optimize the environment for industrial integration development,improve the brand value of products,strengthen risk early warning,pay attention to evaluation and management.
