Research On The Development Of Tennis Club In Southern Vietnam

South Vietnam is a place where tennis is popular in the country.Tennis training is becoming more and more popular among people of all ages.No matter young or old,students,workers,cadres,and staff,everyone actively participates in tennis training activities,thereby promoting the rapid popularization of the club model.But so far,many activities of the tennis club have failed to play their due role.There is no specific organization and management organization,no clear charter of activities,and the training of athletes has not developed simultaneously.Therefore,this study takes the Southern Vietnam Tennis Club as the research object,and through surveys and interviews with its management staff,members,consumers and coaches,to understand the development status of that tennis club in Vietnam,hoping that it will provide a broader view of tennis in southern Vietnam.Develop your own efforts.The thesis uses a total of 5 research methods,including: data collection method,interview survey method,expert interview method,logic analysis method and statistical method,to evaluate the development status of tennis clubs in southern Vietnam,and at the same time choose the appropriate solution to enhance the tennis clubs in southern Vietnam development of.Based on the survey results of the current status of the club,the current status of the club manager,the current status of the coach,the current status of the club members,and the current status of the management model of the club's activities,this article draws the following conclusions:(1)Tennis activities in southern Vietnam have basically been maintained and developed.However,the development is uneven in the local area,mainly concentrated in urban areas,corporate employees and civil servants,but rural areas in the suburbs have not yet been established and developed.The number of tennis clubs and tennis courts is too small(only 984 of the 506 tennis clubs)are unevenly distributed and cannot meet demand.The status of the venue fee is also uneven and affected by the area where the club is located.(2)There are a large proportion of club managers with degree level,but the number of club management experience,ability and knowledge of tennis is very small.The number of coaches with level and practice certificate is relatively high,but the level and rank of coaches are unequal,and there is a clear stratification.The proportion of members who like tennis and exercise tennis is very high,but there are still some factors that affect and limit the training of members.(3)The club management model is unevenly distributed.The state-managed club model accounts for nearly 50%,while the privately-managed club model only has 24%.The organization and management system of the club is not really suitable,and it has not been synchronized in all clubs.(4)From the status quo above,this article conducts research and interviews experts to select 8 solutions(5 micro-solutions and 3 macro-solutions)to maintain and develop the Southern Vietnam Tennis Club.Through the pilot application of 5 micro-scale solutions in Ho Chi Minh City and Ping Yang Province,it was initially found that the effect of the solution was relatively good and suitable for the research object.
