| With the deepening of economic globalization,human society has evolved into a "global village",and sharing a common destiny has become the defining feature of the time.Win-win cooperation,exchanges and international relations have increasingly become the basic aspirations of human society.However,under the reality that human society is still in the form of nation-state,international win-win cooperation is vulnerable to the erosion of "self-interest rationality" among countries.Leading international cooperation for a long time,at the same time with the discourse hegemony,the traditional western international cooperation theories such as the "western centered theory",the "zero-sum game theory",and the "hegemonic stability theory",can not bridge the gap between human beings caused by the "cooperation deficit".Moreover,they even lead the cooperation between countries to the "prisoner’s dilemma".Thus the "theoretical poverty" and practical dilemma in these theories are more obvious as human beings move towards the future.In response to the call for win-win cooperation and theoretical pursuit of the international community and for the welfare of the people of the world,the Communist Party of China(CPC),based on absorbing human win-win cooperation win-win ideological wisdom and summarizing practical experience of the international cooperation since the foundation of new China,puts forward a new international cooperation and win-win idea with completely new cooperation targets,values and solutions in the new era.It points out a new direction for mankind to achieve development in win-win cooperation and build a new model of exchanges.However,"win-win cooperation" is a term and concept with Chinese characteristics,and the concept of win-win cooperation is also a theoretical system rich in Chinese wisdom.It is different from western discourses and theories,and there are still international "identity deficit" and "trust deficit" at present.Therefore,it is urgent to systematically explain the connotation and theoretical implication of the CPC’s thought of win-win cooperation in the new era.This effort can not only benefit the "going out" of China’s new thought of international cooperation,but also help to construct a new paradigm of international cooperation and promote the cause of international win-win cooperation.Based on this,this paper,guided by the methodology of historical materialism and dialectical materialism,draws lessons from the research methods of political science,history and other disciplines,and carries out a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the CPC’s international cooperation and win-win thought in the new era.The introduction mainly clarifies the research background and significance,research status and problems,defines the important concepts of this research,and clarifies the research ideas and main methods.This part aims to clarify the research problems,research objects and research methods.The first chapter mainly expounds the ideological source and practical basis of the CPC’s international cooperation and win-win thought in the new era.The international cooperation and win-win idea of the Communist Party of China is generated in the new era.It is inheritance and innovation of marxism international cooperation and win-win idea,the sinicization of Marxism Cinternational cooperation and win-win idea,Chinese traditional thought of harmony symbiosis,and western theories of international cooperation.It is also the result of CPC’s experience in leading the pursuit of international cooperation and win-win.This part aims to clarify the source of the CPC’s international cooperation and win-win thought in the new era.The second chapter mainly explains the content system of the CPC’s international cooperation and win-win thought in the new era.Firstly,the elements and mechanisms of achieving win-win international cooperation are analyzed from logical dimension,that is,common interests are the basis,consultation and collaboration are the method,and building a community with a shared future for mankind is the goal.Based on this,the basic theory of win-win international cooperation analysis is framed.Secondly,based on the basic theory of international cooperation and win-win analysis,the CPC’s thought of international cooperation and win-win in the new era is expounded theoretically from specific fields,focusing on the fields of politics,economy,culture and security.Finally,it analyzes the theoretical characteristics of the CPC’s thought of win-win international cooperation in the new era,including the morality of the goal of win-win cooperation,the universality of the field and the democracy of the method.This part aims to carry out theoretical analysis on the ideological system of international cooperation and win-win thought of the CPC in the new era.The third chapter mainly combs the practice of the CPC’s international cooperation and win-win thought in the new era and analyzes typical examples.This chapter discusses the guidance and action guide characteristics of the CPC’s thought of international cooperation in the new era from the aspects of political,economic,cultural and security international win-win cooperation.This part aims to explore the leading and theoretical foresight of the CPC’s international cooperation and win-win thought in the new era.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the possible challenges and coping strategies of the CPC’s international cooperation and win-win thought going to the world and realizing the internalization of the public in the new era.Win-win cooperation,as a new concept,new discourse and new theory contributed by China,may encounter multiple challenges,such as identification deficit and trust deficit,in the process of reaching out to the world and realizing the internalization of the people due to different cultural backgrounds and ideological differences.Therefore,China must plan ahead and respond strategically by building international consensus,deepening strategic mutual trust,strengthening internal drivers and providing institutional guarantees.This part aims at thinking about the prospect of the CPC’s international cooperation and win-win thought in the new era.The fifth chapter,mainly clarifies both the theoretical and practical values of the CPC’s international cooperation and win-win thought in the new era.From the perspective of theoretical value,the CPC’s thought of international cooperation in the new era enriches Marxism’s thought of international cooperation,makes up for the western theory of international cooperation,and develops the thought of international cooperation of socialism with Chinese characteristics.From the perspective of practical value,it will help shape the international image of China as a ’responsible major country ’,create a favorable international environment for the realization of the Chinese dream,lead the international community to a new type of cooperation and promote the reform of the international order.This part aims to reflect on the overall contribution of the CPC’s international cooperation and win-win thought in the new era.As a new achievement of the sinicization of Marxism,the thought of international cooperation of the CPC in the new era has enriched the theoretical system of the sinicization of Marxism in international cooperation,benefited the progress of the thought of international cooperation,and provided a valuable thought for all
