Study On The Consultation Of Political Parties In The Period Of The First Cooperation Between The Kuomintang And The Communist Party Of China

As a kind of consultative democracy channel and practical form rooted in the soil of China,party consultation has ushered in an opportunity period of development since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and has gradually evolved into a democratic form that embodies the characteristics and advantages of China’s new party system.Therefore,based on the new era,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to deeply study the political party consultation in history,to explore the development practice of its budding period,that is,the first period of cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party,and to sum up the outstanding characteristics and historical significance of the party consultation in this period,which is of great theoretical and practical significance for consolidating and perfecting the new party system in line with China’s national conditions.By using the method of unifying history and logic,this paper makes a deep investigation and systematic study on the historical practice of party consultation in the period of the first cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party from the aspects of the historical necessity,main contents,characteristics,historical significance and practical enlightenment of the first cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party,which is divided into the following four parts.The first part,through the systematic combing of the relevant historical materials in the first period of KMT-CPC cooperation,the historical necessity of party consultation in this period is summarized.The first political party consultation during the period of cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party was reached between Russia and the Communist International,the Communist Party of China and the Kuomintang on the basis of the specific social and historical conditions at that time and the needs of the development of their respective interests,which had profound historical necessity.The second part,through the macro grasp of the historical events in the first period of cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party,analyzes the main contents of party consultation.During the first cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party,the two sides held extensive and in-depth consultations on the realization form of cooperation,the common program of cooperation and some major issues in cooperation,basically reached agreement on many issues and created specific and diverse forms of consultation,such as meetings,interviews,letters,and so on.The third part,through the first KMT-CPC cooperation period party consultation content comprehensive inspection,summed up this period party consultation outstanding characteristics.The political party consultation during the first KMT-CPC cooperation period is not only the two-party consultation under the influence of Soviet Russia and the Communist International,but also the unequal consultation under the form of inner-party cooperation,and at the same time under close cooperation.The fourth part,on the basis of the above analysis,summarizes the historical significance and practical enlightenment of the first KMT-CPC cooperation period.Party consultation during the first period of cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party is of great historical significance.It not only contributed to the rapid development of the first cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party and the Great Revolution,but also achieved a win-win situation in the sense of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party,marking the germination of party consultation.At the same time,the profound experience and lessons of party consultation in this period enlighten us that we must always adhere to the political basis of party consultation and the principle of equality,and at the same time constantly consolidate and develop a new party system in line with China’s national conditions.
