| As one of the most difficult concepts in the field of philosophy and social sciences,ideology is the object of direct contact with the research of education,and it is also a practical work.Ideology has always been a major theoretical and practical issue concerning the fate of political parties,the long-term stability of the country and the cohesion of the nation.Secretary-General Xi Jinping mentioned the word "ideology" several times in the 19 th CPC National Congress to strengthen the party’s leadership of ideological work,to build a strong cohesion and leading force of socialist ideology,to make all the people have the ideal faith,value concept,moral concepts together.Since the founding of People’s Republic of China has passed 70 years,accompanied by the huge change of social and economic development,political development,the masses of their own quality,technology development,others and so on,in the ideology field,its leader of propaganda and education,its content,its object,its carrier,its environment also have been changed dramatically,especially in the construction of ideology discourse.The construction of ideology plays a guiding and important role in the construction of socialist ideology,the control of public opinion and the lead of social thoughts.It is very important and has a far-reaching significance that Chinese Communist Party and the government should take strong moves on strengthening the construction of ideological discourse power to protect the safety of our country’s ideology and to resist the permeability of western countries’ ideology.What’s more,consolidating the ruling position of the communist party of China,improving the advantage of the Chinese communist party’s ruling ability and realizing the control of public opinion,integrating public support.This whole paper bases on the Marxist ideological theory,takes the period of transition and Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics as grand historical background,the ideological discourse power construction as investigation object,draws lessons from the classical theory of the discourse power of Marxist Ideology.This paper also sums up and analyzes the main features of construction of ideological discourse power in China since the founding of the People’s Republic of China and each historical stage.It focuses on analyzing the domestic difficulties,international challenges and shortcomings of China’s ideological discourse power construction in the period of transition.Finally,starting with the connotation of ideological discourse power(discourse subject,discourse object,discourse content,discourse carrier,discourse environment),the corresponding path of the construction of ideological discourse power in China is put forward.First of all,In order to make a thorough study of the construction of ideological discourse power in the context of transformation,we should first clarify the relevant concepts and theories.To explore the ideological discourse power,we should closely focus on the three concepts of "discourse power","ideology" and "ideological discourse power".The deep excavation of the three basic connotations will help us to clarify the uniqueness of the ideological discourse power in the ideological leadership,and realize that the ideological discourse power is to transmit information through the interaction of discourse in the discourse environment,so as to reflect the main idea The power of ideological leadership of the leader and the right of speech expression of the receiver.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a framework to understand and solve the construction of ideological discourse power systematically from the discourse elements(discourse subject,discourse object,discourse content,discourse carrier,discourse environment)that are unique to ideological discourse power.Secondly,it analyzes the historical process and the main characteristics of each stage of the construction of ideological discourse power since the founding of the people’s Republic of China,so as to provide historical reference and valuable experience for the current construction of ideological discourse power.Thirdly,from the performance of the loss and weakening of discourse power,the lag and rigidity of discourse propaganda,the continuous renewal of discourse carrier driven by science and technology,and the improper invasion of discourse environment,this paper analyzes the blocking factors of the construction of ideological discourse power,and from the lack of effectiveness,diversity and pertinence of the construction of discourse power,to enhance the problem awareness of the construction of ideological discourse power.Finally,tentatively puts forward the way to construct the discourse power of ideology in China based on the constituent elements of discourse.On the basis of summarizing the main characteristics of the construction of ideological discourse in our foregoing,making discourse subject serious,making discourse object calm,making discourse content alive,updating discourse carrier and purifying discourse environment,those concrete countermeasures of construction of ideological discourse power are put forward. |
